4、ve if there is any damage on the FRP layer of SF twin layers oil tanks.2.压力检测 Pressure inspection 压力检测是确认油罐的压力是否与出货是的压力一致。该项确认在油罐到达现场后由客户对压力进行检查。Pressure inspection is to check if the pressure of oil tank is the same to the pressure index that checked before delivery. 5、be carried out by the user after the oil tanks arrives at the installation site. 三、油罐的运输要领和注意事项 III Key points and notices during transportation1.油罐的吊装 Lifting of oil tanks油罐在进行吊装的时候，必须使用油罐上部的四个吊耳进行起吊。而且吊装用的钢丝绳也必须选用合适的长度，起吊的钢丝绳的角度要保证在60以下。吊装作业必须要由具有相关资质或具备丰富经验的专业人员进行操作。When lifting oil tanks, the fo

7、ansportation of oil tanks油罐在搬运的时候，必须注意保护外层的FRP层。油罐的微小中空层从出厂后一直为35Kpa左右的压力，这也是为了尽早能够发现油罐损伤所设计的。在油罐搬运的时候，搬运的车辆上必须安装防止翻转的支撑台架，并在台架上铺设10mm厚的减震橡胶以防止油罐外层受到冲击损伤。如果采用绑带进行固定的时候，绑带与油罐接触的地方也要用橡胶进行衬垫，禁止用钢丝绳直接紧固罐体，以保护油罐表面的FRP层。注意油罐搬运的时候必须稳步进行，避免急进、急停或在颠簸的路面操作。不使用支撑台架而用枕木进行的时候，油罐底部的两边必须垫上木块从而防止油罐翻转，并用10mm的橡胶进行铺垫。
8、拉紧葫芦收紧的时候一定要两边同时进行。FRP layer of oil tanks must be properly protected during transportation. The supporting frame against overturning must be installed on the vehicle during transportation; in addition, 10 mm thickness rubber must be laid on the supporting frame to against impact on the FRP layer of the oil tanks. If the user will adopt binding tape to fix the oil tank, please note that
10、 the rubber must be used as cushion at the places where binding tape will touch on the oil tanks. It is forbidden to use wire rope to fix the oil tanks directly. All these measures are made to protect FRP layer of oil tanks. Please note that the oil tanks must be moved steadily; the quick moving and
11、 stop or transportation on rough road shall be avoided. When the users are using crosstie instead of supporting frame, the wood blocks must be laid at the two sides of the bottom of oil tanks; in addition, 10 mm thickness rubber shall be laid on the wood blocks as cushion. When electric block are ti
12、ghtening, it shall be carried out simultaneously at two sides.四、油罐安装要领和注意事项 IV Key points and notices during installation1.油罐的基础 Foundation of SF twin layers oil tankSF双层油罐的安装基础，必须在300mm以上厚的混凝土基础。Installation foundation of SF twin layers oil tank must be at least 300 mm thickness concrete foundation
13、. 注意事项 Notices：1 预埋螺栓的埋置，在300mm厚混凝土基础上的螺栓预埋后必须要校正高度。Location of embedded bolt: the bolts must have rectified altitude after embedding in 300 mm thickness concrete foundation. 预埋螺栓的露出混凝土的高度至少在100mm以上。The height of embedded bolts shall be at least 100 mm above the concrete foundation. 上述项目为基础制造的要点，必须确
14、认无误后再进行其它事项的检测，有不完备的地方需在油罐进场前全部修正完毕。The above two notices are the key points of foundation of SF twin layers oil tank; it must be done before the other test and inspection; if there is any imperfection, it must be rectified and repaired before the oil tanks installation.在支撑板上设置油罐的注意点Notices on the s

18、钢丝绳的角度在60如果60以上则必须替换钢丝绳。Put lifting belt or wire rope at the lifting hook on top of oil tanks and lift the oil tank vertically. The angle between wire ropes must be guaranteed less than 60; if it is above 60, the wire rope must be replaced. 运输车上的油罐必须慢慢起吊至腾空，然后在油罐上穿入左右2根引绳，并将固定用的绑带拆除。The oil tanks on
19、 transportation vehicle must be lifted up slowly; two hauling ropes will be bound on the right and left of oil tanks; in addition, the binding tape to fix the tank body will be removed. 根据指挥者的指令，用引绳将油罐引导至无杂物干扰的地点。油罐的下降的过程中，必须确认底部没有任何人员站立。As per project managers instruction, the oil tanks will be dir

24、nge of manhole to guarantee oil tank installed horizontally. 4. 油罐盛水 Water filling of oil tank在地下水及雨水丰富的地区进行油罐安装，为了防止油罐附近增水的可能性，在油罐安装好并埋入之前，可在油罐内注满清水（不含可能会导致罐内壁生锈的有害物质及其他混入物），从而对周边的地质进行增量试验。提高周围土质的密实性。此时务必注意试验用水不能由异物混入。待油罐固定并以回填土完成后，可将罐内水抽出，并擦干内部。To check the possibility of surge wave around oil tan
25、k when install it in the area with abundant underground water or rain, the clear water （there is no harmful substance that could corrode the inner layer of oil tank or other mixtures） could be filled into the oil tank till full status before installation and buried laying of oil tanks; this is to ma
26、ke incremental test on surrounding geology and to increase compactness of surrounding soil. Please note that the harmful substance and other harmful mixture could not be entered into clear water （testing water）. After oil tanks fixed and backfilled soil completed, the clear water （testing water） wil
