　　NOWITISHEREBYAGREEDasfollows：

　　whichshouldtakeplaceonorbefore.

　　该物业成交手续必须于年月日或之前完成。

除第17项所述明外，

　　3.CompletionshalltakeplaceonorbeforeandthePropertyistobe

　　该物业是以免除所有负担或债项之情况下售予买方。

　　成交时，卖方须将该物业交吉予买方。

　　4.Uponcompletion，theVendorshalldelivervacantpossessionofthePropertytothePurchaser.

　　在成交前，买方不得用任何形式将该物业或此合约之权益转让或售予第三者。

　　5.ThePurchasershallnotsub-sellthePropertyortransferthebenefitofthisAgreement，whetherbywayofadirectorindirectreservation，rightoffirstrefusal，option，trustorpowerofattorney，nominationoranyothermethod，arrangementordocumentofanydescription，conditionalorunconditional，orenterintoanyagreementsotodobeforethecompletionofthe

　　saleandpurchaseoftheProperty.

　　#WhenfixingthedateofsigningoftheFormalAgreementforSaleandPurchase，

　　买卖双方于订定签订正式买卖合约日期时须参阅下列第八项。

　　10.ShouldthePurchaserfailtoobtainaLetterofNomination（otherwiseduetotheVendor‘s

　　所导致除外）或买方未能履行本合约内之条款完成买卖或未能履行任何本合约之其

　　failuretotenderthesaidCertificateofAvailabilityforSalepursuanttoClause9above）

　　他条款，卖方除将买方已付之订金没收外，并有权将该物业再行出售予他人。

　　11.ShouldtheVendorfailtotendertheoriginaloftheCertificateofAvailabilityforSaletothe

　　本买卖包括备注内所列之家俬及装设。

　　16.Itisherebyagreedthatthesaleandpurchasehereofshallincludethechattels，furnitureandfittingsassetoutintheRemarks.

　　买家须承担根据房屋条例（283章）附表第1段内所述该物业所应缴付补价的责任。

　　17.ThePurchaseracknowledgesthatheispurchasingthePropertysubjecttotheliability

　　卖方声称根据房屋条例附表第1（b）段计算补价金额的方法，该物业的当初市值为港币

　　买卖双方声称他们在香港房屋委员会居屋第二市场计划出售及购买该物业，并承认此合

　　20.ItisdeclaredbytheVendorandthePurchaserthattheyaresellingandpurchasingthe

　　约受房屋条例第283章附表内所述的条款、契约及条件及其任何修订所规限第二市场出PropertyundertheHOSSecondaryMarketSchemeoftheHongKongHousingAuthorityand

　　21.本买卖亦受本附表内所列之附加条款（如有的话）限制，如附表内之附加条款与本

　　临时买卖合约及正式买卖合约所规定的条款有任何抵触之处，即以所规定的条款
