当今时代已经进入了“互联网+”的时代,“互联网+”时代的主要特征就是跨界思维和更激烈的竞争,是经济的共享和多方的共赢。
“互联网+”时代下人力资源管理呈现出新的趋势:
人力资源管理以大数据为工具,员工日常社交影响企业组织形式,要求人力资源更加专业,员工的真实体验对管理发挥出更重要的作用。
新时代背景下,人力资源管理要注重提升员工价值体验,完善人才激励机制,同时依托大数据提高管理效率,帮助企业适应时代的发展。

而将互联网技术运用到人力资源管理中,可不断促进人力资源管理中个体与整体的和谐交融,进而不断提升现代人力资源管理的效率和收益。
