Abstact:
Withthedevelepmentofsosiety,concerningstressexperiencedbythisuniversitystudentsisincreasingaswell.Thepurposeofthepaperistoexploreanddescribecollegestudents'
perceptionsofstressandstressors.Thispaperaimstorearchthepressuresfromstudies,lives,communicationandemployment.Thestudyofthisrasearchwasdesignedonretrospectivequestionnaire,investigationmethodwasmainlyadopted.Inthestudy,100undergraduatestudentsfromuniversitiesinourschoolwereincluded.Datawerecollectedthroughtheuseoffocusgroups,observation,andwrittenFeedbackForms.Contentanalysiswasusedasthedataanalysismethod.Participants'
perceptionsofstressweregenerallysimilartothoseofuniversitystudents,specificallyintheirdescriptionsofthephysicalandpsychologicalsymptomsoftheirreactionstostress.Furthermore,participants'
descriptionofperceivedstressors,specificallythoseoftimeandfinanciallimitations,socialdemands,andconcernsaboutthefuture,werealsoconsistentwithstressorsreportedbyfour-yearcollegeanduniversitystudentsparticipatinginpreviousstudies.

1.Introduction
Asweallknow,theworldnowisgoingthroughaseriousfinancialcrisis.Thecrisishasaneffectontheeconomicdevelopment,aswellashasaseriousimpactontheemploymentofmoreandmorepeople.certainly.alotofpeopleareconfrontedwithpressuresfromdifferentfields,forexample,career,studies,education,medicalsandsoonofcoursemanyuniversitystudentsstillfacethesameproblem.Accordingtosomesurveys,lotsofstudentssaythattheyarefacingsomanypressuresintheirlivesthattheyareonthegofrommorningtillnight,thentheyfaceacademic,financialandpersonalstress.Somepsychologistssaythatstudentsanxietyfortheirfutureresultsfromthesocialvaluesthatparentsandteachersplaceonthem,whenstudentsexperiencemoreandmoresocialcompetitionatthisage.Theymaysufferfrommoreheavypsychologicalpressure,whichintheend,mightleadtosomementaldiseases.Collegestudentsareinaperiodthatpsychologychangesfrequently,confrontingwithpressure,somefragilestudentschoosetohidethemselvesorkillthemselves.Inconsequence,educatorsshouldpayattentiontohelpcollegestudentswalkoutofpressuresandstudentsshouldfaceuptotheirproblemsandhelpthemselvesout.
AndnowAccordingtoaresearchofChinesecollegeanduniversitystudents,thereare53.4%studentsthinkthatthemaximalpressureisfromstudy,27%studentshavestressfromaffectivefactors,andothershavevarietytroublesfromrelationships,povertyandparents.

whichbecameoneofthemostwidelyreadandcitedacademicbooksinpsychology.LazarusandSusanFolkman,hisformerstudentwhoisnowonthefacultyofUCSanFrancisco,arguedthatstudentssufferstresswhentheybelievetheylacktheresourcestodealwithdifficultevents,butthattheydonotsufferstressiftheybelievethattheyhavesuchresources.Stressandcopingwerethusintimatelyrelatedtoeachotherandtocognitivefactors.

100copiesofquestionnairearehandedoutamongtheuniversitystudentsinYuxinormaluniversity.50sophomoresand50juniorarechosenrandomly,ofwhich80female,and20male,generallyinproportiontosomepressuresintheEnglishdepartment.Theyareaskedtoprovidetheiranswersaccordingtothelivesincollege,theirideasarelikelytodeferent,buttheirdescriptionandresponsewillrepresentthegeneralsituationofcommonuniversitystudents.

UsetheContemporaryCollegeStudentsPressureScaledesignedbyourselvestoinvestigatethepsychologicalpressureofthe100students,Investigatethepsychologicalpressuresituationofcontemporaryuniversitystudentsaswellasthesource.Provideempiricalreferencetoreliefthepressureonthestudents.Andthequestionnaireconsist15items,coveringabovequestions.especiallythequestion:

Collegeischallenging.Formanyitrequiresamuchlargereffortthanhighschooldid,andunlikemosthighschools,collegepacksabouttwoyearsofclassesintoone.Manystudentstakeafull15creditsemester,whileothertriestocramin18oreven21credits.Attimesitseemsimpossibleforstudentstostayontopofitall.Inordertobecometopstudentsandtowinascholarship,manystudentsspendmoretimeonstudyingbutlesstimeonrecreationorrest.studentsarealsoaskedanotherquestiondoyouhaveanylearningstress?
