三氯
氧磷=2:
1,水解温度为600C,水解时间为2小时,水解方式可以采
用水或30%的过氧化氢水解,用固体碳酸钾中和至PH=6-7;
产品外
观为白色、蜡状固体,单、双、三酷含量分别为5.45,30%;
反应
过程中不需要加入催化剂,产品适宜在洗化行业使用。
其次,对在最
佳条件下合成的产品进行了各项理化性质和性能指标的检验:
单、双、
三酷及游离磷酸含量,酸值,PH值,临界胶束浓度,克拉夫特温度,
熔点,表面张力,乳化力,发泡性,润湿力,分散力等。
最后,对醇
醚磷酸mln--的应用进行了研究,进行了乳液性能检测,乳化力和稳定性
较好。

ABSTRACT
Thispaperisabouttheresearchofsynthesisandperformanceof
16-18carbonalcohol.4-polyoxyethyleneetherphosphate(hereinafter
referredtoasalcoholpolyoxyethyleneetherphosphate).
Alcoholpolyoxyethyleneetherphosphateissynthesizedthroughthe
reactionbetweenpolyoxyethyfattyalcoholetherandphosphorylating
agent.Thesynthesistechnologyofalcoholpolyoxyethyleneether
phosphateisstudiedhere,16-18carbonalcohol4-polyoxyethyleneether
andphosphorusoxychlorideusedasthematerial.First,theobservationis
conductertothereactantsaddingmaterialratio,addingmaterialvelocity,
addingmaterialtemperature,reactiontemperature,hydrolysis
perdurabilityetc.,whichhaseffectontheformation,performanceand
coloroftheresultant,andresultsinthemethodofsynthesizingalcohol
polyoxyethyleneetherphosphatewithdefinitecompositionofmono-,
di一andtri-ester.Theoptimumconditionofreactionisasfollowed:

tension,emulsifyingability,foaminess,wettingpower,dispersancyandso
on.Finally,theapplicationoftheproductisresearched,andthereactant'

emulsifiablesolutioncapabilitytestingisconducted,whichshowsthat
thestabilityisbetterwithwashingnature.
