（two）[b][C]toPartyA（orPartyAshallprovidePartyB[][C]）residentialpropertyexchangepaymentpricedifference,thebusinessofrealpropertytransferpartofthepricedifferencewithrealyuan,partofthepropertyexchangepricedifferenceYuanoffice,industrialwarehousewithrealpropertytransferpartofthepricedifferenceyuan（calculatedseeAppendix1）.

（three）CasZhiguangongfangtenant,totheresettlementhousing,resettlementhousingallocationshouldpayafeetoPartyA,includingresidentialdistributionfeesyuan,nonresidentialdistributioncosts.

（four）Caspublichousesbythelessee,theconsentoftheownertobuypublichousing,resettlementhousingpropertyrights,PartyCshallpaytoPartyAresettlementhousingprice,theresidentialpriceyuan,calculatedasnonresidentialpriceyuan,thecalculationmethodis.

TheresettlementhousingprovidedbyPartyAshallmeetthefollowingstandards:

Seventhhousingremovalallowance
