2.Flyingshear
Thebadconsequencesofthebillettongueandfishtail:
1)thetemperatureofthetongueshapeandthefishtailsectionislowerthanthatofthestrip,andtherollingsystemofthefinishingmilloftencausestherollertoproducetheindentation,causingthesurfaceofthestriptoproducerollerdefects,affectingthequalityofstripsteel.
2)tongueandtailrolledpiece,rollinginthefinishingmillgroup,easygeneration,therolledpiecewanderinginaspin,transportingandwindingprocess,theseamdrillingequipmentparts,cardsteelcausedbyaccident,maketheequipmentdamageorparking,influencingonworkingfactorofrollingmill.
3)ithasthesteelofthetail,thebindingisdifficult,andthestrappingisnottight.Itiseasytocausethelooseroll,whichcancausethefailureduringthetransportationandpilingofthesteelcoil,whichcanendangerthesafetyofthepersonandequipment.

flyingshearacceleratesfromwaitingposition.Tailshearisperformedinthetailsection.Afterthesheariscompleted,thespeedoftheflyshearandthespeedofthestriparesynchronizeduntiltheflyshearopenstoallowthebillettopassthrough.Thenthecuttingspeeddropsslowlyandgoestothewaitingposition.Flyshearcontroltoensurethatthetailcuttingisnotlongerthanthemaximumshearlength.
Sectionshear:
singleshearisnotpossible.Theshearingcanonlybethetailcutandthenthedoubleshearoftheheadshear.Sectionshearingcanonlybecarriedoutbyflyingshearcontrolsystematthemaximumspeed.

Thedrumcanrotatetoanypositioninthepointofmotion.Forexample,youcanclick"FORWARDS"and"BACKWARDS"throughthebuttonsontheactionpanel,andthepointspeedis5%oftheoriginalspeed.
Thestartsignalof"AutomaticmodeON"isgenerallyproducedbythestriptrackingsystem.
Theshearmodeiscalled:
Ontheoperatingpanel,thereisaselectionswitch"CroppingwithCoilbox"/"CroppingwithoutCoilbox".Thisoperationmustbeknowntooptimizetheshearingsystem.Ifthestripisusedinahotcoilcase,theendoftheslabisfirsttoflyshear.Thatmeansthatthesectioninthetailsectiongivesthefirstcutinformationofthecurrentslab.Thesecondshearisgeneratedthroughtheheadsection.

Whentheswitchhitstheclosingmode(theswitchpositionisin"OFF")forexample:
thearmatureswitchduringthebladereplacementorthecontrolplatformisclosed.
Inanshuncontrol,thetailshearandheadsheararealwaysperformed.
Whentheflyingshearstops,theselectionswitchisinthe"OFF"position.Forexample,thearmatureswitchinthecuttingedgeorthecontrolcabinetisclosed.
Emergencycut-off(heatrollboxscrapshearing)
Incasetherollersofthehotrollcasearedetectedinthetailofthestrip,thesequenceofthecuttingmachinefortheendofthetail-stop(heatrollboxscrapsteelshears)willbeautomaticallyinitialized.
Duringthiscut-off(hotcoilingboxshearing),modifythecutofthetailsectiontotheendoftherolling.Inanycase,thecut-outoftheslabisprohibited.
Thespeedofstripsteelslowlydecreases:
thespeedthatcanensurethesafeoperation,canenterthecutpointwithoutthefold,canperformthesectionshearcorrectly
Afterthesheariscutandseparated,thelongtailwillstopattherightoftheroller.Thismeansthataftercuttingtheheadcut,therollerhastostop(about5degrees).
Inaddition,cuttingintocoldsteelorrollingsteelisprohibited.
Afterthecompletionofthisprocess,morerollersstop(thehotcoilingboxofscrapsteeliscutandstopped)untilthescrapsteelpositionischecked,andthewastebilletisrolledout.Ifscrapsteeldoesnotfallintoawastetankitwillrequiremanualintervention.
Afterfinishingthescrapsteel,theselectionofthestripsteeltotherack(hotcoilingboxshearstop)willberelieved.
Theflyingshearcooling
Flyingshearupperdrumhasanindependentcoolingunit.Itisusedtoprotectdrumandpreventcuttingedgedamage.
Ifhotsteelcomes,thecoolingsystemstarts.Thenozzleiscontrolledbythesolenoidvalve.Thesolenoidvalvesarecharged,waterissquirtedout,andflowdetectionismeasuredbyflowmeter.
Therotarydrumatthebottomoftheflyisconnectedtothecoolingtube,whichmeansyoucanonlyadjustthewaterswitchON/OFFmanually.Measuredflowthroughflowmeter.
Rinseflyingshear-cutholes
Aflushingsystemwasinstalledinordertopreventtheexcessiveoxidationofironoxideinthetinpit.Thecuttingofthecuttingheadpitisopenedorclosedbythesolenoidvalve.Inautomaticmode,thewashingwillbeoperatedontwoblankSpaces.Inmanualmode,theswitchiscontrolledbymanualoperationoftheoperator.
Changeofshearblade
Fordifferentfunction,hydraulicoilsupplyisthroughasinglemovablehydraulicpowercomponent.Thiscomponentcanbeinserteddirectlyintotheupperandlowersynchronousgearsfortheoilcircuit.
Duringthebladereplacement,thefollowingconditionsarenotallowedinordertopreventdamagetothecuttingedge:

twonewcuttingedgecontacts.
Wastetreatment
Thewastecardistributionsystemisusedtoselectwhichofthewastesteelboxes1orsteelbox2thatarearrangedintheoutletofthewastetank.
Thewastecarisselectedthroughaproportionalvalvecontrolhydrauliccylindertoselectthescraptrolley.Whenthetrolleyhitsthecloseswitch,thevalvecoilisoutofpower.

Whenflyingshearforcuttinghead'sinstruction,willfirstcropshearbladefrom270°270°waitforplacetostop,thelocationisthestartingpositionofthecuttingheadblade.Wheninstructionstoshear,flyingshearstartingacceleration,inabout19.53°begantoshear(whenthethicknessof50mm),intheory,attheendofthe0°shearactuallynear7.2°cuttingheadiscomplete,braking,thestartofthe-20°to130°locationbrakingiscompleted,andthenreverseto270°waitingposition.Waitingforthecut.Rolledpiecebyinstallingbeforeflyingshearheadpositionawayfromthecenterlineofthecuttingdrumsofaround6.5mmetaldetectorandhotcoilboxencoderjudgmentontheexportofpinchroll,shearvelocitythroughexporttheencoderonthepinchrollhotcoilbox.
1.3operationofcuttingedgeattheendofcutting
Whenyougetthecutcommand,
Firstcuttailfrom180°ofwaitingpositionofshearbladereversalstopto220°,thelocationisthestartingpositionofthecuttingtailblade.Aftertheinstructionstoshear,flyingshearstartingacceleration,inabout19.53°begantoshear(whenthethicknessof50mm),intheory,attheendofthe0°shearactuallynear7.2°cuttingheadhasbeencompleted,inthesame-20startbraking,completed130°positionbrake,thenturnto180°waitingposition.Therearpositionoftherollingpieceisjudgedbytheencoderonthetopofthecenter
