1.2BriefIntroduction
ClirikHGMMicroPowderGrindingMillhasbeenprovedanewtypeofmillwithoutstandingfeaturesandstablequalitybythousandsofcustomers.Itwasdesignedbyourengineerandtechniciansonthebasisofmultipleinnovation,testandexperience,andabsorbedmanyadvantagesofmanufacturingtechniqueofmillsathomeandaboard.Itistheidealequipmentforproductionofmicropowderinthefieldsofmining,chemicalindustry,metallurgyandconstructionetc.
1.2.1Application
HGMseriesmicropowdergrindingmillistheequipmentspecializinginproducingfineandsuperfinepowderofnon-inflammable,non-explosiveandbrittlematerialswithMohshardnessundersix,suchascalcite,chalk,limestone,dolomite,kaolin,bentonite,talc,mica,magnesite,illite,pyrophylliteandvermiculite,sepiolite,attapulgite,rectorite,diatomite,barite,gypsum,alunite,graphite,fluorite,rockphosphate,kaliumore,pumice,etc.,totallymorethan100kindsofmaterials.
1.2.2Features

Underthesamefinishedfinalsizeandthesamemotorpower,thecapacityofmicropowdergrindingmillistwiceasmuchasjetmill,mixinggrinderandballmill.
●Longlifecycleofspareparts
Theringandrollerareforgedbyspecialmaterialwithhighutilization.Underthesamegrindingmaterialandfinishspecialsize,thelifecycleofsparepartsisaboutoneyear,whichis2-3timeslongerthanimpactmillorturbomill.Furthermore,thelifetimecanreach2-5yearsforgrindingcalcitecarbonate.
●Highsafetyandreliability
Asnorollingbearingsorscrewsingrindingcavity,therearenoproblemscausedbyboltssheddingorrapidwearofbearingsandsealcomponents.
●Highfinenessandflexibleadjustment
●Thefinalfinenessofthegrindingmaterialscanbeadjustedbetween325meshesand2500meshes,andtheproductfinenesscanreachD97≤5μm.
●Environment-friendly
Theapplicationofbagfilterandmufflergreatlyalleviatesthedustpollutionandnoise.
1.2.3WorkingPrinciple
HGMseriesmicropowdergrindingmillmainlyconsistofmainunit,classifier,powdercollector,dustcleaner,blower,muffler,sound-proofroom,crusher,bucketelevator,storagehopper,andvibratingfeeder.
Aftercrushedbyhammercrusher,thelargematerialsbecomesmallonesandaresenttostoragehopperbyelevator,andthenevenlysenttotheupperdistributionplateoftheturnplatebyvibratingfeederandslopingfeedingpipe.
Whenthegrindingmillisatwork,allthegrindingrollersarerollinginthering,andthematerialsaredriventotheedgeoftheturnplatebythecentrifugalforceandfalldownintothegrindingchamberswherethematerialsarerepeatedlypressed,crushedandgrindedbytherollers.
Thehigh-pressureairblowerconstantlyinhalesairwithinthegrindingmilland,inturn,theairflowwithcrushedmaterialsarebroughttotheclassifierwhosehigh-speedimpellerwillscreentheairflow:
theunqualifiedparticlesizewillfallandreturntothemillforbeingregroundwhilethequalifiedparticlesizemixedwithairwillgointothecyclonepowdercollector.Mostofthequalifiedpowderswillfallandexitfromthedischargingvalveatthebottom;asmallproportionofthefinepowders,withairflow,movestothedustcleaner,andclingstothesurfaceofthefilterbags.Atthesametime,thefinepowdersclingingtothesurfacefalldownbythesuddenvibrationofthefilterbags,whichiscausedbytheinstantlyejectedhigh-pressuregascontrolledbythepulsevalve.Thematerialsfromtheabovetwolotsaresentbytheconveyoratthebottomtogetfinishedpowderspacked.Inaddition,filteredcleanairwillbeemittedfromtheairoutletofmufflerintheend.

2.Unpackingandinstallation
2.1Unpacking
Fortheconvenienceoflongdistancetransportation,thewholesetofgrindingmillbreaksdownintoitscomponentparts.Pleasecheckthebelowpointsuponreceiptoftheequipment:

2.3FoundationTreatment
1)Excavatethefoundationaccordingtofoundationdrawing,andtampdownthebottomlayer.
2)Addalayerofconcretecushion,andmakeitsmooth.
3)Measurethepositionsofthepreformedholes(openings)formainunit,reducer,bucketelevator,hammercrusher,andmakemarksseparatelyonthecushion.MakePVCpipesorlogsaccordingtothediameteranddepthofpreformedholes,thenfixthemwithreinforcingsteelbarandkeepPVCpipesorlogsvertical.
4)Setreinforcingsteelbarsonthefoundationsofmainunit,reducerandcrusher.Placeconcrete;Makesurethecrusherchuteevenandsmooth.
5)After12hoursofconcreteplacement,takeoutPVCpipesorlogs.Doublecheckifthesizeofthepreformedholes(openings)isaccuratetodimensionsinthefoundationdrawing.(Makesuretheinnerwallofpreformedholes(openings)roughenstheinnerwallinordertoconnectwellwiththesecondpouringprocess).
6)Makechutesonthetopofpreformedholesforeasysecond-pouringofconcrete.
7)Buildtheinnerwallofbucketelevatorpitbypouringconcretewherethegroundwaterlevelishightopreventwaterfromseepingintothepitthroughthewalls.
2.4Installation
Pleasefollowthebelowinstructionsbeforeinstallation:
●Checkifalltheequipmentpartsareingoodconditionbeforeinstallation,particularlycheckdrivingmediumsfordamageorbreakage,inspectinstalledandweldedpartsforoutofshape,checkfastenersinthecomponentpartsiftheygetloose.
●Checktoensuretherearen’tanyscrews,nutsandtoolsinthegrindingmill.
●Whenconnectinginletandoutletpipes,theflangesshouldbeparalleledandfittedwell.Asbestoscordsshouldbeusedtokeepairproofatconnectingpoint.
●Allfastenersandconnectingpiecesshouldbefastenedwell.
●Sealboltsconnectionsbysealants.
●Thecablesshallmeettherequirementsofeverymotorratedcurrent.
2.4.1On-siteassembledcomponents
1)Weldtogetherintheorderofbucketelevatormaintenancepart,backuppart,themiddlepart(No.4forstandardconfiguration),andthepartwithplatformconnection.Thenconnectthetwoplatforms.
2)Assemblethechainandbucketsofbucketelevatorandfitthemintotheelevatorchamber.
3)Connectthestoragehopper,hopperlegsandthebeam.
4)Connectclassifiersoft-connectoutriggerandthelowerpart.
5)Connectlegsofthepowdercollector.
6)Joinupthepipesofairinletandoutletontheupperpartsofthebagfiler,workingplatformandthesupport.
7)Iftherearetwoairoutletsonbagfilter(i.e.forHGM100andHGM125),weldtheflangesonthe2piecesof90oelbowsandathree-waypipe,andthenconnectandweld.
8)Thelowerpartofthebagfilteron-the-spotwelding,thecomponentsincludesalargeflangeinthemiddle,4pcsofsteelsheets,lowerconnectionport.Weld4piecesof
