Eachdayourbodyshouldreceive50nutrientsfromthefoodweeat.Thesixessentialnutrientsareprotein(蛋白质),carbohydrates(碳水化合物),fat,vitamins,mineralsandwater.TheChinesedietisconsideredtobethehealthiestintheworld.Itcontainsalotoffruitsandgreenvegetables.Itisrichinfibre(纤维)andlowinsugarandfat.
Manyhealthexpertsstresstheimportanceofeatingagoodbreakfastandhavingone’smainmealearlierintheday.Thereisasaying:
Breakfastlikeaking,lunchlikeaprince(王子)anddinnerlikeapauper(穷人).Why?
Becausethefoodyoueatforbreakfastwillgiveyouenergytousewhileyouareactiveduringtheday.Thereisevidencethateatingagoodbreakfast,particularlyonecontaininggrainsandfruits,canimproveyourconcentrationandmood.
Manynutritionistssuggestthatpeopleeatsmall,lowfatmealsfiveorsixtimesaday.Mostagree,however,thatgoodnutritionandwhatyoueataremoreimportantthanwhenyoueatit.Keepingabalanceddietisthebestwaytoenjoyahealthylife.
