METHODSTATEMENTFORSTEELSTRUCTUREERECTION
1定义
DEFINITION
此方案仅限于B10、B20区域钢结构安装,包括管廊、压缩机厂房、设备结构、设备平台和复杂的钢结构。
ThismethodstatementisapplicableforallsteelstructureerectionwithinareaB10andB20,includemainpiperack、compressorshelter、equipmentstructure、equipmentplatformandmiscellaneoussteelstructure.
2工程概况
PROJECTGENERAL
1〕钢结构总重约2300吨
Thetotalweightsofsteelstructureareabout2,300tons
2〕结构的连接型式采用高强螺栓
Thesteelstructurebeassembledbyhighstressbolt.
3〕钢结构的预制由JGC委托加工成半成品构件,分类编号并试拼装后,运往安装现场交付安装.

2)基础及材料验收

1)Thelocationaxesoffoundation,equipmentstructureaxesandelevationandstandardofanchorboltshallcomplywithapprovedconstructiondrawings
建筑物的定位轴线、基础轴线和标高、地脚螺栓的规格及其紧固应符合设计要求。

5) 钢结构必须保持清洁
Thesteelstructureshallbeclean
6)现场的钢结构件进入后,在组装前,按照钢结构布置图和工厂制造图的编号对应预制件上的标记一一查找,放在对应的安装位置,检查部门会同有关技术人员按照图纸和规范的要求对其进行全面检查,若发现不合格品,必须处理合格后方可安装就位
Qualitycontroldepartmentandtechniqueengineerswillinspectallreceivedfabricatedpartsbeforeandafterinstallationinaccordingtorelateddrawingsandspecifications.Ifthereareunqualifiedparts,itmustberepairedtomeettherequirementofstandards.
3)钢结构的安装
Steelstructureerection
a)根据图纸将底座吊装就位,按图纸和规范要求进行找正。
钢架安装采用片状框架地面拼装,组合吊装和单构件安装相结合的方法,后安装次梁、联系梁、支撑,并根据设备吊装的要求留设个别活动梁,待设备安装后再紧固。
已安装的结构应具有可靠的稳定性和足够的空间钢度。
Baseshouldbeliftedandputinplaceaccordingtothedrawing.Thealignmentshouldbedoneaccordingtothedrawingandspecification.Duringinstallingthesteelframe,flatframewouldbeassembledontheground,combiningthemethodofliftingwithsinglepieceinstalling,theninstallauxiliarybeam,tiebeam,support,leavingmoveablebeamaccordingtotherequirementofequipmentlifting,andtightenitaftertheequipmentinstalling.Theinstalledstructureshouldhavereasonablestabilityandkeepenoughclearanceforthesteelstrength.
b)根据各片框架的重量不同可选择不同的吊装机索具。
可采用单机吊装,也可利用两台吊车配合吊装。
在安装时,可加临固定支撑固定。
Suitableliftingcraneslingandothertoolscouldbechosenaccordingtotheviciousweightofeachframe.Singlecranecanbeapplied;twocranesalsocouldoperatetogethertolift.Temporarybracing&stayingmustbeappliedafterallocationofportalframe.
c)为防止构件组合体在吊装翻转时产生变形,应采取加固措施

d)钢结构构架的安装,可采用分段分片的安装方法。
每一片框架分别在地面平台上组装好,先吊装后组装。
ItcouldadaptthemethodofpiecesInstallationforthesteelstructureandeachpieceshouldassembledonthegroundplatformfirst(erectionbeforeinstallation)
e)结构架按柱的连接点可分为几层,第一层柱的对应两片框架先吊装就位,初步校正并固定后,再安装第一层内的其它构件及平台、直梯等,然后再按第一层的安装程序安装上一层。
安装上一层时,应考虑下一层安装的偏差
Structureframewillbedividedtoseveraltiersaccordingtoconnectionpoints.Thetwocorrespondingpiecesframeoffirstcolumnshouldbeliftedtolocation,afterinitialadjustingandfixing,installotherparts,platformandladderinside1sttier.Thenexttierwillfollowthesameprocedureas1sttier.Portablebeamwillbesetupforconvenientliftingofequipmentandre-fixedafterequipmentinstallation.The1sttierdeviationshouldbeconsideredwheninstallinguppertiers.
4)钢结构找正
Alignmentofsteelstructure
a)安装找正应借助于磁力线坠、水平尺等工具,确保安装各部位几何尺寸、垂直度、水平度等在允许偏差范围内,具体安装允差详见副录1

5)螺栓紧固

6)非收缩性灌浆
Non-shrinkgrouting
a〕 找正完,对高强螺栓紧固后进行灌浆工作并且一次完成。
Thegroutingisdoneatonetimeafterqualifiedalignmentandfastenofthehighstrengthbolt
b〕 灌浆前,应对垫铁组点焊固定;基础表面用水冲洗干净,保持湿润。
灌浆时应清除表面积水,按照灌浆材料的供方说明书进行灌浆和养护。
Beforethegrouting,applytheunitsinstalledwithshimsetsthatshallbespot-welded.Cleanfoundationsurfacewithwaterandkeepwetduringgrouting,removethesurfaceaccumulatedwater,andpoundcarefullytomakeconcretetofilltightlyineachparts.Payattentiontocuringaftergrouting.
7)钢结构焊接
Steelstructurewelding
a〕 焊接材料与母材的匹配应符合设计要求及国家现行行业标准《建筑钢结构焊接技术规范》JGJ81的规定,并在使用前应按照产品说明书及焊接工艺文件的规定进行烘焙和存放
InaccordingtothedesignrequirementandthenationalstandertheweldingtechnicalspecificationofconstructionsteelstructureJGJ81,weldingmaterialshouldmatchtothebasematerial.Comparewiththemanufacture’sinstructionandweldingprocessdocumenttobakeandstorethematerialbeforeuse.
b〕焊接工作人员必须经考试合格并取得合格证书。
WeldingworkersmusthavethequalifiedcertificateofChina.
c〕焊接工程师应对钢结构母材、焊接材料等进行焊接工艺评定,并根据评定报告确定焊接工艺。
焊工应严格按照焊接工艺作业
Theweldingengineershouldimplementtheweldingprocedurequalificationforthestructuralbasematerial,andconfirmtheweldingprocedurebythereport。
Weldermustfollowtheweldingproceduretoworkstrictly.
d〕T形接头、十字接头、角接接头等要求溶透的对接和角对接组合焊缝,其焊角尺寸不应小于t/4。
焊角尺寸的允许偏差为0~4mm
Thedimensionoftheweldangleforwhichfully-meltedBWjoint,andangleBWjointastheT-joint,crossjoint,cornerjointshouldbelessthant/4.Thetoleranceoftheweldangleshouldbewithin0~4mm.
e〕焊接时应保证焊接环境具有良好的条件,发现下列任何一种情况又无有效防护设施时,不得施焊
Ensuregoodconditionduringwelding.Weldingshouldbenotallowedtoperformunderanyoneofthefollowingconditionsandalsowithoutprotectionfacilities:
大风:
风速大于或等于8m/s;
Heavywind:
Windvelocityismorethanorequalto8m/s;
雨雪:
雨后或下雨;
Afterrainorrainingdays;
湿度:
相对湿度大于90%;
Humidity:
Relativehumidityismorethan90%;
f〕焊接前对坡口组装的质量进行检查,如超过允许误差,应返修后再进行焊接.焊前应清理坡口中的水份、油污和锈等。
Thequalityofgrooveassemblingshouldbecheckedbeforewelding.Ifallowanceerrorexceeds,itshouldberetreatedandthenweldedagain.Humidity,greasydirtandrustinthegrooveshouldberemovedbeforewelding.
严禁在母材表面引弧,多层焊的层间接头应错开。
Arcignitiononthesurfaceofthebusbarshouldbeprohibited;theinterlayerjointofmulti-layershouldbestaggered.
8).补漆

9)质量保证措施
QualityAssurance
a)钢结构制作和安装所用的钢材、焊材、连接材料、防腐涂料等,应具有出厂质量证明书,并应符合国家现行有关标准的规定和设计文件的要求。
Thematerial(steel,weldingmaterial,connectionmaterial,paintingmaterial)forthesteelstructureproduce&installationshouldhavethequalifiedcertificateandinaccordancewiththenationalstandardandthedesigndocument.
b)构件要在施工环境温度高于-12℃时进行矫正。
矫正后,表面局部平面度:
当t≤14,允许偏差≤1.5/1000mm;当t>14,允许偏差≤1/1000mm,其它尺寸允许偏差应符合规范中的规定。
Whenthetemperature>-12℃itshouldbecorrected.Afterthatthepartlylevelofsurfaceis:
ift≤14,tolerance≤1.5/1000mm;Ift>14,tolerance≤1/1000mm,andothertoleranceshouldinaccordancewiththespecification.
c)碳素结构钢和低合金钢在加热矫正时,加热温度应根据钢材性能选定,但不得超过900℃。
低合金结构钢在加热矫正后应缓慢冷却。
Whenthecarbonsteel&lowalloysteelareunderheatcorrect,thetemperatureshouldrefertothesteel’scharacterandcannotexcess900℃。
Afterthatthelowalloysteelshouldbecodedslowly.
d)螺栓孔必须清洁,螺栓孔间距、最小边缘距离以及螺栓孔大小应符合规范JGJ82中的规定。
