某公司宿舍楼
——钢筋混凝土框架结构设计
【摘要】
本设计的工程为某公司宿舍楼钢筋混凝土框架结构设计,共5层,建筑总面积约为
4200m2。
该建设地区抗震设防烈度为7度,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,抗震等级为三级,轴压比限值为0.85。
拟建宿舍所在地的多遇地震水平地震影响系数最大值为0.08,设计地震分组为第一组,特征周期为0.35s,设计基本地震加速度为0.10g。
地面粗糙度类别为C类,设计使用年限为50年,基本风压为0.75kN/m2,建筑抗震设防类别为丙类(参见建筑工程抗震设防分类标准GB500223-2008第3.0.2),混凝土结构环境类别为一类。
工程地质勘探报告提供:
地面以下0.5m处,地基承载力特征值为220kN/m2。

建筑设计部分根据设计要求进行了平面、立面、剖面的设计。
二、
结构设计部分包括:
1、结构布置:
根据本工程的特点,其主体结构为框架结构体系;
2、结构计算:
1)
构件截面估算:
根据工程要求结合经验公式估算出各主要构件截面尺寸,框架梁分别为250mm×500mm、300mm×500mm、300mm×600mm,框架柱分别为400mm
×400mm、450mm×550mm、600mm×650mm,板厚为120mm;
楼盖设计:
均为双向板,屋面板采用弹性计算方法,楼面板采用塑性计算方法;
2)
框架结构设计:
取一榀框架,采用弯矩二次分配法近似计算竖向荷载作用下的框架内力,用D值法近似计算水平荷载作用下的框架内力;
3)
基础结构设计:
采用现浇钢筋混凝土阶梯形独立基础;
4)
楼梯设计:
采用板式楼板。
