SteveJobsistheformerchiefexecutiveofficerandcofounderofApple.Also,peopleconsiderhimasoneofthemostbrilliantandsuccessfulentrepreneurinthepastdecades.Appleachievesaseriessuccessunderhiswiseleading,whichmakespeoplecuriousaboutknowinghissecretandeverything.AppleandtheirproductsincludingIphoneandIpadhavechangedpeoples’attitudetowardelectronicdevices.Moreover,theychangethewayofourroutinelife,moreandmorepeopleareregardingAppleproductsasonepartoftheirlife.Appleachievesaseriessuccessunderhisleading,whicharisepeople’scuriositytohiseverything.Whatdrivethemdifferentandchangetheworld.OneofthesignificantelementsisInnovationandcreation.Employersinappleareindeedthepeoplewhothinkdifferentlywithotherssothattheirproductsarerevolutionaryandperfectincurrenttime.SteveJobsshowsussevenprinciplesofinnovationinhisbookTheInnovationSecretsofSteveJobs.Inthisessay,Iwillexplainandtakesomeexamplesforeachofthem.
