Inthisexercise,attempttolocatethe"primerbindingsite"forasingle25-nucleotideprimer.Thereisonlyonematchingsiteintheentiresequence.InPCRreactions,thisprocessofaprimerfindingitsmatchingsitetakesonlyafewseconds.Itwilltakeyoualittlebitlongerthanthat!
