5Supervision
Theupperlevelsofeachdepartmentshall,throughmeetings,patrols,etc.,understandandmasterthepositionsandoperationsofthevariousshiftsinthefactoryareaandintheproductionworkshop.

spositionandoperationarerecordedintheemployeeallocationformandtheworkschedule.

Theoperationsintheproductionareaareclear,andtheemployeesoftheMaruhaRiruGroup,whichdonotrequiretheemployeestoaccompanythefactory,refertodevelopmentbusinessandaccidentinvestigation.
Whenthefactoryguestsandbusinessrelatedpersonnelwalkaroundintheproductionworkshop,theymustbeaccompaniedbythefactorypersonnel.However,theengineeringcompany'
soperators,theinsect-proofandanti-ratcompanypersonnel,thecompanypersonnelwhocleanthecompanypersonnel,etc.,getthefactory-approvedMaruhaDay.IftheemployeesofLuGrouparenotaccompaniedbyemployees,theymusttakeoneormoreofthefollowingprecautions.(Examplesofpreventivemeasures)
