Theprocesssystemofactivemud,usethemostextensivetreatmenttechnologyinthefieldofsewagedisposalatpresent.Itisusedinthesanitarysewage,thetreatmentofmunicipalsewageandorganismindustrialsewageeffectively,takemeasurestobreakthroughtotraditionalactivemudtechnologyonlyassecondtreatmenttechnologytradition,canbeasdenitrification,tertiarytreatmenttechnologyofgettingridofthephosphorus.SBR(sequencingbatchreactor)law,namelyprefacecriticizetypeintermittenceactivemudlaw,theactivemudnoticeableoneactivemudlawtodealwithnewcraft.ItJapanesesewerassociationandAmericanafewrichinnovationmeaningandstrongwastewaterbiologicaltreatmenttechnologyoneofofcompetitivenessthatEnvironmentalProtectionAgencyassess.

1.1Produceanddevelop
SBRcrafthasalreadybeendevelopedasfarbackas1914,butbecausemonitoringmeanslaggedbehindatthattime,havenotbeenpopularizedandapplied.L.IrvineofU.S.A.carriedondeepresearchtoSBRcraftin1979,andCulverinIndianastateimprovedandputaSBRsewagetreatmentplantintooperationin1980.Astoonew-typetostopuptheappearancewhichexposetothesuntheangrydeviceandsoftwareengineeringthatthecomputercontrolledtechnology,variouskindsofafterthis,isitdissolveoxygenmeasureapparatus,fluviographhighcontrollingeconomicwaterqualitydetectioninstrumentingtocourseprecisiononlinetodevelopatthesametime,havingmanagedandrealizedautomationgraduallyinoperationofthesewagetreatmentplant,inadditionwaterquality,craftaresimplethatSBRmelts,dealingwiththeresultsteadily,shock-resistantloadstrengthisstrong,itisfinethatwaterqualityhappens,operateflexible,floorspaceadvantagesuchasbeinglittleandbecomeincludingU.S.A.,Germany,Japan,Australia,adding,etc.alotofhotcraftthatindustriallydevelopedcountryresearchanddevelopcompetitively.TakingAustraliaasanexample,itisuptonearlymorethan600tobuildupasewagetreatmentplantwhichhasadoptedSBRcraftinmorethan10yearsinthepast.
MiddleperiodbegantheapplicationstudytoSBRlawinthe1980sinourcountry.
1985,ShanghaiWusongmeatisitisitisitstandtoputourcountryintooperationfirstSBRlawsewagedisposaltodeveloptounite,designing2400t/dofamountofwaterdealtwith,theoperationresultisgood.Alreadytherearetwolarge-and-middle-scalesewagetreatmentplantswhichadoptSBRcraftinKunmingofYunnanProvinceatpresent,itisinsoundconditiontorun.ThesewagetreatmentplantthatTianjineconomicandtechnologicaldevelopmentzone100,000t/dadoptsSBRcraftputsintooperationrecentlytoo.Accordingtostudyingthesituationbothathomeandabroad,SBRlawisakindofhigh-efficient,economy,reliablewastewatertreatmentmethodwhichissuitableforthenationalconditionsofourcountry.
1.2Technologicalprocess
Mainreactoroftheintermittencetypeactivemudlaw,exposetothesunangryoperationofpoolitoperatestobetoflowinto,react,precipitate,dischargeandleaveunusedfiveprocessesnottomakeup.Thesewageisaccordingtothearrayinthereactor,entereachresponseprocessintermittently,eachoperation,SBRofreactoroperateattimearrangingaccordingtoorderthatintermittenceruntoo.
Beforenotflowingintoprocessimplement,leaveunusedprocesstreatedsewagealreadydischarge,exposetothesuntheremainingactivemudandmixtureofthehighdensityintheangrypool.Whenthesewageisrunintoandflowedinto,exposingtothesuntheangrypoolcanplayaroleinregulatingthepool,isitexposetothesunangrytocanisitexposetothesunangryresultinadvancetomake,canmakemudregenerationtogoon,resumeitsactivation.
TheresponseprocessismainaprocessofSBRcraft.Isitisitbookvolumetoreachassewage,canisitisitoperatetoreacttobegintoinjectinto,suchasgetridofBOD,nitrify,absorptionofphosphorus,andnitrifyetc.instead.Accordingtoreflectingthedegreethattheneedreaches,itisangrythatthetraceofcarryingonshorttimeisexposedtothesun,inordertoblowandtakeoffthebubbleornitrogenseizedonthemud,soastoensurethemashedofarranginggoesonsmoothly.
Arrangingthemudprocess,itisangryandmixthatstopexposingtothesun,makethemixtureinstaticstate,mudnotactiveandmoisturefrom,inotherwordstwotimesprecipitatebyfunctionofpool.Afterprecipitatingonifsurfacing,dischargedealingwithliquidconduct,stayduringexposingtothesunpoolnotangrymudthatprecipitateaskindsofmud,playthefunctionofthebacksetcurrentmud.
Leavingtheprocessunused,afterdealingwithandsurfacinganddischarging,thereactorstayscool,waitforthenextcycleofoperation.Duringthisperiod,itisangryinordertothecorruptionofavoidingthemudthatshouldexposetothesundisconnectedlyandslightly.Theactivemudleftunusedisinthehungerstateofthenutrient,soastheinflowprocessofenteringnextoperationcycle,theactivemudcangiveplaytostrongerabilityofabsorbingtostrengthenandgetridoffunction.ItisanimportantcontentinSBRcrafttoleavetheprocessunused.
1.3Craftcharacteristicandsubjectmatter
SBRcraftcompareswithactivemudlawofthecontinuoustype,havethefollowingadvantage:
(1)Thetechnologicalprocessaresimple,donotneedtosetuptwoandsinkingthepoolandmudbacksetcurrentequipmentseparately,canbesavedandsunkthepoolforthefirsttimeundermostsituations.
(2)Thefloorspaceissmall,thefabricationcostislow;
Especiallythesewagedisposalconstantordinaryactivemudlawofthesmalltownsavesmorethan30%ofcapitalexpenditure.
(3)Thenutrimentgetsridoftheresultanddenitrificationphosphoruseffectually.
(4)Themudsubsidesofgoodperformancly.

2.1.2Mixtheinfluenceofthespeed

2.2Themudexpands
Performanceisgoodthatthenormalactivemudsubsides,themoisturecontent,about99%,whenthemudgoesbad,themudisdifficulttoprecipitate,SVIvalueincreases,mudislooselyorganizedandvolumeexpansion,themoisturecontentrises,clarifytheliquidrarly,thecolorchangesdifferently,thishasproducedmudandexpanded.Mudexpandsabout95%ofproblemrelatestoexcessivehyperplasiaofthesilkformmushroominwatertreatment,itissilkformfungusthatisitcombinewatercontentgatherhighvisciditythatthingcausesexpandmoreoutsidethehighafterbirthgenerallytoexpand.SBRvaluegenerallyrelativelylowSVIhave,difficulttopresentquestionofexpanding,canpreventfromeithersometimes.
