摘要:
随着全球经济一体化的不断深入、科学技术的迅猛发展以
及贸易阻力的不断减少,企业间的竞争不断加剧。
因此,企业如何缩短
生产周期、提高生产效率、杜绝物料浪费、降低成本成了摆在管理者面
前一个至关重要的问题。
生产计划作为企业生产管理的依据,有着非常
重要的作用。
本文探讨了生产计划与控制理论在温州BA汽配有限公司的应用。
首
先,本文介绍了生产计划与控制相关理论以及该企业的一些现状,然后重
点分析了BA汽配的主打产品空气流量计的生产工艺过程,最后制定出了
该产品的主生产计划和物料需求计划,减少了工时浪费,避免了等待等不
合理现象的出现,从而缩短了交货期,提高了效率。
