ContestGuidelines(准则)

•Onceyoucompletethat,you’llreceiveanartworkidentificationformbyemail.Printitoutandcompleteaseparateformforeachartworkthatyousubmit.
•AllartworkmustdescribespecieschosenfromoneoftwolistsaslistedinSubjectMatter(below).
•AllentrieswillbecomethepossessionsoftheEndangeredSpeciesCoalition.Weencourageyoutocopyartworkbeforesubmittingit.
SubjectMatter
•Students’artworkmustdescribealand-orocean-livingspeciesthateitherlivesinormigratesthroughtheUnitedStatesanditswaters,aplant,oraninsectthatisfoundintheU.S.,andiscurrentlythreatenedorendangered.
•Alternatively,studentsmayshowaspeciesthatwaspreviouslyontheendangeredspecieslist,butisconsideredrecovered.
•Westronglyencourageparticipantstohavetheirpiecestellapositivesuccessstoryofspeciesrecovery.Anexampleofthiscouldbeapaintingofanendangeredmarinespecieswithpeopleinthebackgroundcleaningupabeach.Judgesparticularlyappreciatespeciesthatareshownintheirhabitats.
