题目TrainingReport
摘要
这篇论文记述了我通过实训得到的经验和感受。
为了提高我们的实践能力,我们外语系为即将面临毕业的学生开设了一次实训。
这次实训从2009年12月22日到2009年12月31日共持续大约两周的时间。
这次实训主要侧重于提高我们的专业知识和实践能力。
对于我们应用英语专业的学生而言,最适合我们的工作就是幼儿园或小学教师。
老师们无私地教授我们许多教学技巧。
除此之外,我们系还请回一些学长为我们做实训指导。
他们现在都从事幼儿英语教育工作并且有着丰富的经验。
通过这次实训,我认识到如果想成为一名成功的幼儿英语教师,我们必须抓住孩子的心理特点并且拥有热情、同情、宽容的性格。
最后,我想说这次实训为我走向成功做出很大贡献。

Abstract
ThispapertendstotalkaboutmyfeelingandexperiencethatIconcludethroughthecomprehensivetraining.Inordertoimproveourpracticalabilities,ourforeignlanguagedepartmentopensacomprehensivetrainingforus.ThetraininglastedforabouttwoweeksfromDecember21,toDecember31,2009.
Thistrainingmainlyfocusedonenhancingourprofessionalknowledgeandpracticalabilities.AsforourpracticalEnglishmajorstudents,thesuitablejobforusisanEnglishteacherinakindergartenoraprimaryschool.OurteacherssharesomeEnglishteachingmethodswithusselflessly.Besides,ourdepartmentalsoinvitedsomeseniorschoolmatestocomebacktogiveustrainingguidance.TheyareallundertakingthechildrenEnglisheducationandhaverichexperience.Throughthiscomprehensivetraining,IhavelearntifwewanttobeasuccessfulEnglishteacherforchildren,wemustgrabstudents’psychologicalandpossesswarm,caring,understandingpersonalities.Finally,Iwanttosaythatthiscomprehensivetrainingmadeagratecontributiontomysuccess.

Introduction
Preschooleducationisthebasisofnationaleducation,butthedevelopmentofChinesepreschooleducationisnotasgoodasbeingexpected.Incountries,childrenoftenhavenomoneytoattendkindergartens,governmentsoutlayforpreschooleducationislimited.Privatekindergartens’managementisofteninconfusion.Sothegovernmentshouldtakemeasurestoimprovethequalityofthekindergarten.Promotionofmoralityandrefinementistoenhanceteacher’squalityandspirituallevel.
AsapracticalEnglishmajorcollegestudent,Ihaveageneralideaaboutmymajor.Thesituationasfollows:
Thearrangementofthiscourseistocultivatestudents’abilityoflistening,speaking,reading,writingandtranslating.Inaddition,thecollegehasbuiltsomespecialcoursesontheteachingmethod.ThedirectionofseekingajobforourpracticalEnglishmajorstudentsisanEnglishteacherinakindergartenoraprimaryschool.Duringmycollegetime,ourschoolalwaysholdavarietyofactivitiessuchasteachingskillscompetition,EnglishsongscompetitionandEnglishdramacompetitioninordertoimproveourEnglishlevel.WealwaystakepartintheEnglishcornerandtalkwithourforeignteachersorclassmates.Ourtopiccenteredonlife,study,hobbyandsoon.ThisactivitycanimproveouroralEnglish.OurforeignlanguagedepartmentsetupEnglishlistening,Englishgrammar,oralEnglish,Englishwriting,translation,EnglishteachingmethodologyandsomeotherprofessionalcoursesforourpracticalEnglishmajorstudents.Ihavelearntmuchprofessionalknowledgefromthesecoursesandmyabilityhasbeenimproved.
Throughtwoweeks’comprehensivetraining,wecannotonlyputtheoryintopracticebutalsoabsorbtheexperiencefromexcellentteachers.Wehavegraspedsomeprofessionalknowledge.OurEnglishlevelandpracticalabilityhasbeenimproved.Maincontentsaboutthetrainingareasfollows:
1)Wehavewatchedtheexcellentteachingvideoforabsorbingtheirexperience.2)TheteacherguidedushowtoteachchildrenbyEnglishsongsandstories.3)Wehavelearnedsomethingimportantaboutgrammarteaching.4)OurseniorschoolmatesgaveussomewonderfulreportsonhowtoshowyourselfperfectlyintheinterviewandhowtobeasuccessfulEnglishteacherforchildren.
Aftertwoweeks’comprehensivetrainingIhaverealizedthattobeasuccessfulEnglishteacherisnotveryeasy.Weshouldnotonlymasterprofessionalknowledgebutalsopossesswarm,caringandunderstandingpersonalities.IrecognizedthatasanEnglishmajorstudentifyouwanttofindagoodjobthatrelatedtoyourmajor,youroralEnglishmustbeasgoodaspossible.SoIwillpaymuchattentiontomyoralEnglishinthefutureandpracticeiteveryday.Themostimportantthingtofindanidealjobistohaveself-confidence.Ifyoudon’tbelieveinyourself,nooneelsewillbelieveinyou.

Theteachershelpusinanalyzingchildren’shabitandpsychologycharacterduringtwoweeks’comprehensivetraining.WehavegainedmuchknowledgeabouthowtoteachchildrenwellandhowtobeasuccessfulEnglishteacherforkids.ThenIsummarizedtwousefulmethodsofEnglishteachingforchildren.
1.1StoriesinEnglishTeachingforChildren
Childrenarelackofexperienceandknowledge,soitisveryhardtocultivatetheirmoralqualityandgoodbehaviorbyverbalpreaching.Teachingthembytellingastoryisnotonlylivelybutalsovividly.Itcanhelpchildrentolearnmuchmoreknowledgeinarelaxingcircumstance.TheinfluencesofstoriesonEnglishteachingforchildrenareasfollows:
1)Itcanurgethechildrentoestablishthepositivemotiveforstudying.2)Itcanarousethechildren’sinterestinstudying.3)Itcanprovidechildrenallkindsoflanguagetraining.4)Itcanhelpthechildrentoestablishcorrectsenseoflanguage.5)Ithelpsthechildrentomakemorefriends.Theteacherwillasksomechildrentoplaydifferentrolesinastory.Thereisnodoubtthatchildrenwillfeelveryhappywhentheyacttheroles.Theseactivitiescannotonlyincreasethecommunicationbetweenchildrenbutalsohelpthemlearnmuchmorenewwordsandphrases.6)Itcanimprovechildren’scomprehension.ManyEnglishstoriesaregoodfordevelopingchildren’sthinkingabilityandexpressingabilities.Theycanalsoenlargechildren’sknowledgeinscienceandotherparts.

1)Thestoryandspecificcontentmustbeunitedinwedlock.2)Letthechildrenexperiencethestoryfully.3)Paymoreattentiontothechildren’scomprehensiontothestories.4)Mastertheskillsoftellingastory.Wecanusebodylanguageasoftenaspossible.
1.2EnglishSongsTeachingforChildren
EnglishsongsareefficientinstrumentsinEnglishteaching.ItisagoodmethodforchildrentolearnEnglishwell.Englishsongscanbeusednotonlyforprofessionallanguagepractice,butalsoformotivatingchildren’sinterestsandenhancingchildren’sinvolvementinlearningEnglish.SoifwewanttobeagoodEnglishteacherweshouldtrytousesongsinourEnglishclasses.
Wemustmakesurethattheclearlyricsarerelatedtolessonswhenchoosingasong.Itcanbeveryboringforchildrentounderstandafewwords.Soaclearlyricorsongisveryimportant.Thereisalsotheissueofwhetherthelanguageisasuitablelevelofdifficultyornot.Andthelanguageitselfshouldbesuitable.Forchildren,thecontentofthesongmustbeinterestingandeasytobeunderstood.Thewordsofthesongmustberepeatedsothatthechildrencanrememberthewordseasily.

Themodernsocietyisfullofchallenges.Wearefacingavarietyofcompetitions.Inordertogiveanexaminationforourtrainingandstrengthenthebasicknowledge,ourteachersorganizedateachingskillscompetitionforus.
Everyonepreparedforthecompetitionverywell.Wetriedourbesttocompete.Atthesametime,theatmospherewasfierce.Becausethestudentswefacedwithinthefuturewerechildren,Englishsongs,EnglishstoriesandEnglishgameswereoftenusedinourclass.Weshouldalsousesomematerialobjectsorpicturestoattractchildren’sattention.Theseareallgreatchallengesforus,butwealldoitverywellthroughourefforts.
