教育方针:
我们必须全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持教育为社会主义为人民服务,坚持教育与社会实践相结合,以提高国民素质为根本宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,努力造就“有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律”的,德、智、体、美等全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。
英语新课程标准:
首先,教育必须面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
其次,应该关注学生的情感,营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
再者,教师应依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容倡导"任务型"的教学途径,创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,吸引和组织他们积极参与,从而培养学生综合语言运用能力。
此外,还应加强对学生学习策略的指导以及对学生文化视野的拓展,从而为他们终身学习奠定基础并发展他们跨文化交际的意识和能力。
最后,应该利用现代教育技术,拓宽学生学习和运用英语的渠道。
并且尽量组织生动活泼的课外活动,促进学生的英语学习。
作为教师,更应不断更新自己的知识结构,适应现代社会发展对英语课程的要求。
