某水电站项目评估
一.概述
某水电站位于我国西南某省的一条国际河流上,是干流规划中的一个阶梯,开发条件较好,电站装机6台,容量135万千瓦,年发电量59.31亿千瓦时(上游龙头水库建成后,年发电量将达到70.21亿千瓦时)。
电站对外交通便利,可利用现有公路,仅需新建17km公路与其连接,所需建筑材料大部分可就地解决,水库淹没较少:
淹没人口总计6100人,淹没耕地一万余亩,地形地质较好,岩石坚硬完整,开发目标单一,工程相对简单;因此,开发本水电站既有十分重要的意义,又有十分有利的条件。
