三,解疑释惑:
由that,if和whether引导的宾语从句。
1.可跟that从句作宾语的动词有:
saythinkbelievewonderknowagreefeelreport等等。
注意:
当谓语动词是thinkbelieve等词时,而宾语从句的意思是否定时,常把否定转移到主句表示。
Eg.Ithinkitisrightforyoutodothat.------Idon’tthinkitisrightforyoutodothat.
2.由if和whether引导的宾语从句,是由一般疑问句演变而来的,翻译成“是否”,从句用陈述句语序。
Eg.Idon’tknowif(whether)theywillcometoourparty.
