Thesurveyalsofoundsomedisturbingnews–47percentofAmericansdon'tknowwhenit'sappropriatetoseeamentalhealthprofessionaland68percentdon'tknowhowtofindamentalhealthprofessionaltohelpthem.
Peoplemayneedprofessionalhelptomaintaingoodpsychologicalhealthinmuchthesamewaythatyouneedadentisttoexamineatoothache,aphysiciantosetabrokenbone,andalawyertoanswerlegalquestions.
