Itisnotconvenientforpeoplewithoutcommunication.Communicationiseverywhere.OnlytrainanumberofproficiencyinbusinessEnglishtalenttomeetthesocialdemandforEnglishtalent.Especiallybusinessmenhaveencounteredpeoplefromallaroundtheworldsincethebeginningofthetime.AndtheSilkRoadhasjustestablishedatypicalexampleofcross-culturalcommunication.
Successfullycommunicatingwithsomeonefromdifferentcultureordifferentcountrieswhichisverydifficulttoourhumanrequiresadegreeofcommunicationcompetence.Mostmodelsofcommunicationcompetenceincludeanaffectiveandbehavioralcomponent,whichisessentialincross-culturalcommunication.
Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernsocialeconomy,theinterestofcrossculturalcommunicationisincreasing.Theimpactofallaspectsofculturehasalsoincreasedsignificantly.Yetmostofourthoughts,emotions,andbehaviorsareprofoundlyaffectedbydifferentcultures.

Thebusinessnegotiationisnotonlycommunicationandcooperationbetweenthetwopartieswhichbasedonitowneconomicbenefits,butalsocollisionandcommunicationbetweendifferentcultures.DefinitionofbusinessEnglishbusinessEnglishistheworldbigmarkettheproductoftheformationanddevelopment.Therefore,itiscrucialtounderstandtheculturefactorininternationalbusinessnegotiationsandtoknowfurthernegotiationstylesofbusinessinvariousplaces.
