大型空分设备安装技术要求
1.Applicablescope适用范围
1.1Thisstandardstipulates(规定)therequirementsoninstallationofairseparationplantdesignedandmanufacturedbyHangzhouHangyangHoldingCo.,Ltd(abbreviatedas简称Hangyang).
1.2ThisStandardisapplicableforsiteinstallationofHangyang-designed-manufacturedregularpackedrectificationcolumnsoftheswitchoverprocessandmolecularsievepurificationabsorptionprocess(includingboostingtype)aswellastheairseparationplantsoffull-rectificationargongeneration制氩process,oxygen(nitrogen)internalcompressionprocessandliquidairseparation.
1.3ThisStandardisinapplicableforinstallationofcompressor,turbineexpander,pump,thestoragesystemofliquefiedgas,rare稀有gasextraction提取equipmentandcorrespondingpurificationsystemsandthesemachinesanddevicesshallbeinstalledincompliancewith按照theircorrespondinginstallationstandardortechnicaldocumentation.
1.4Incaseof当……时thespecialrequirementonthedrawingandtechnicaldocumentations,theinstallationshallbeincompliancewiththedrawingandtechnicaldocumentation.Theinstallationunitmaypreparedetailrulesofinstallationaccordingtotherequirementofthisstandard.

3.FoundationofColdBox:
3.1Thefoundationofcoldboxofairseparationcolumnshallhavesufficientstrengthandbepreventedfromsettlementandinclination,andmeanwhilethefeaturesofworkingunderlowtemperatureoftheequipmentplacedonthefoundationshallbewellconsidered.
3.2Theloadsbornebythecoldboxfoundationincludescoldbox,platformstair,valves,pipelines,column,vessels,andexpandedpearliteandliquidmedia.
3.3Thesurfacetemperatureofcoldboxfoundationisfrom+30℃to–90℃duringnormalrunningandeven–190℃incaseofliquidleakage.
3.4Thecoldboxfoundationbodyconsistsoffoundationbody,water-stopplate,coldinsulationcourseandsurfacecourse.
3.4.1Thefoundationbodyismadeofwaterproofandfrost-resistantconcreteofanimpermeabilitystrengthgradenotbelowB12andafrost-resistantstrengthgradenotbelowMP75andispre-compressedwith1.5timesofthetotalweightoftheequipmentfor7daystopreventthefoundationfrominclination.

3.4.2Thewater-stopplateshallbeweldedorcompletepieceof0.5mmthickcoppersheetor0.8-1.0mmthickstainlesssteelsheet.
3.4.3Thecoldinsulationcourseismadebyexpandedpearliteconcreteofathicknessnotbelow300mm,compressionstrengthnotbelow7.35MPaandheatconductivitynotabove0.2325W/Mk.
3.4.4Thesurfacecourseis50mmthickfinesandconcrete(admixedwith0.5%waterproofagent)ofanimpermeabilitystrengthgradenotbelowB12andafrost-resistantstrengthgradenotbelowMP75.
Note:
ImpermeabilitystrengthgradeB12meansthatunder1.176MPahydraulicpressurenoseepageoccursinconcretetestblock.Thefrost-resistinggradeMP75meansthatafter75cyclesoffreezing-thawingthedropofstrengthoftheconcretetestblockislessthan25%.
3.5Aftercompletionoffoundation,itssurfaceshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:
3.5.1Thesurfaceshallbefreeofdefectssuchascrack.
3.5.2Thesurfaceshallbecleanwithoutinclusionofinflammablessuchaswoodboardandfelt.
3.5.3Thesurfaceflatnessshallbelessthan5/1000.
3.5.4Thesurfacelevelnessshallbelessthan5/1000,andthedeviationoftheentirelengthnotabove15mm.

3.6Afterthequalificationoffoundation,theinstallationcentrallineofvesselshallbesetoutaccordingtothevessellayout,andtheorientationofnosemarked.
4.Pressuretestandgas-tighttestforthesingleunit(pressurevesselandvalve)
4.1Thetestbeforepositioningandinstallationofthepressurevessel
4.1.1Eachpassageofthepressurevesselwasfilledwith0.02MPasealingnitrogenbeforedeliveryandbeforepositioningthesealingnitrogenpressureshallbemeasuredwithgrade1.5pressuregauge.Incaseofthevesselhaving2ormorepassages,thepressureinapassageshallbemeasuredandthesealingnitrogencompletelyvented,andafter30minutesthepressureofotherpassageismeasured.
4.1.2Incasethattheinspectionofsealingnitrogenofmulti-passagevesselissuspiciousorthevesselisnotprovidedwithsealingnitrogen,thepressuretestshallbecarriedouttocheckforinternalleakage.Ifthepressurevesseliswithintheguaranteeperiodandhasqualificationcertificateanditspackagekeepsintactitisunnecessarytocarryoutseparatepressuretestandgas-tighttestbeforeinstallation.
4.1.3Outsidetheguaranteeperiod,thoughthepressurevesselhasqualificationcertificateanditspackagekeepsintact,thegas-tighttestshallbeperformedbeforeinstallation.
4.1.4Ifthepressurevesselhasnoqualification,orisdamaged,orislocallymodifiedinsite,itshallbesubjectedtoseparatestrengthtestandgas-tighttestbeforeinstallation.
4.1.5Nooxygenshallbeusedasthepressure-testgas.
4.2Valveinspectionandadjustmentbeforeinstallation:
4.2.1Ifthevalveiswithintheguaranteeperiodandhasqualificationcertificateanditssealingfaceskeepatgoodconditions,ingeneral,separatepressuretestandgas-tighttestisunnecessarybeforeinstallation.
4.2.2Ifthevalveiswithintheguaranteeperiodandhasqualificationcertificate,butitssealingfacesarerustedordamaged,aftertreatmentitshallbesubjectedtothegas-tighttest.
4.2.3Outsidetheguaranteeperiod,thoughthevalvehasqualificationcertificateanditssealingfaceskeepatgoodconditions,itshallbesubjectedtothegas-tighttest.
4.2.4Incasenoqualificationcertificateorabnormalphenomenon(damage)ofvalve,itshallbesubjectedtoseparatestrengthtestandgas-tighttestbeforeinstallation.
4.2.5Thevalvewhichshallbedegreasedanddisassemble-inspectedatsiteshallbesubjectedtoseparategas-tighttestbeforeinstallation.
4.2.6Thesealingfacesofautomaticvalvemaybesubjectedtogas-tighttestunderworkingpressure(0.6MPa)for3minutesandduringtheperiodtheleakagerateshallbelessthan0.1l/min.After5cyclesofopening/closing,thevalveshallstillmeettherequirements.Theautomaticvalve
Qualifiedinthisinspectionshallbesoakedinliquidnitrogenfor15minutesandthereafteritsflapshallbeabletofreeopenandclosewithoutanyseizure.Thevaleofleakageexceedingthecriteriashallbelapped.
4.2.7Thesafetyvalveshallbesubjectedtoindividualtrippingtestaccordingtotherequirementsofsummarysheetofpresettingvaluesprovidedbythecompletesetmanufacturerandthenleadedaftermeetingtherequirement.Forthesafetyvalveofaforecheckvalve,itshallbefullyopenedandleaded.

4.2.8Thefollowinginspectionsshallbemadebeforetheinstallationofpneumaticdiaphragmadjustingvalve:
4.2.8.1Theleakagerateshallbeinspectedunderthemanualandpneumaticmodelseparately.Theleakagerateshallbeincompliancewiththerelevantstandardofmanufacturer.
4.2.8.2Thepositionershallbesubjectedtoactuationtestunderthespecifiedgaspressureandshallmeettherequirement.
4.2.8.3Leakageinspectionforthestuffingboxandflange-sealingfacesshallbeconductedandthereshallbenoleakage.
4.2.8.4Theleakagerateofpneumaticbutterflyvalveshallmeettherequirementsspecifiedinthedrawing.
4.3Mediaforthetest:
4.3.1Cleandomesticwatershallbeusedforhydraulictestandgaspressuretestmaybeperformedforthevesselsofcomplexstructureorunsuitableforwaterastestmedia(rectificationcolumn,plate-finheatexchanger,condensingevaporator,adsorberandfilter)
4.3.2Thedryoilfreeairornitrogenisusedingas-tighttestandcaresshallbetakentopreventfromasphyxiaincaseofusingnitrogen.
