前言
依照中国工程建设标准化协会建标协字[2020]028号《关于印发〈2020年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订打算〉的通知》的要求,制定本规范。
本规范是在总结我国近年来铝合金电力电缆应用于建筑工程的设计、安装和验收体会的基础上,广泛征求有关科研、设计、施工、生产治理等单位的意见,并参考了发达国家的相关标准编制而成的。
本规范分为六章及三个附录。
要紧技术内容包括:
总则、术语、电缆及附件、设计、施工、验收。
依照国家计委计标[1986]1649号文《关于请中国工程建设标准化委员会负责组织举荐性工程建设标准试点工作的通知》的要求,将本规范举荐给工程建设设计、施工、监理和使用单位的工程技术人员使用。
本规范由中国工程建设标准化协会建筑信息模型专业委员会治理,由中国建筑标准设计研究院(北京市海淀区首体南路9号,:
100048)负责说明。
在使用过程中如需要修改或补充之处,请将意见和有关资料寄送说明单位。

1总则
1.0.1为保证35kV及以下铝合金导体挤包塑料绝缘电力电缆(以下简称“铝合金电缆”)在工程设计、施工安装及验收过程中做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用,确保工程质量,制定本规范。
1.0.2本规范适用于新建、改建和扩建的工业与民用建筑供配电线路用铝合金电缆的工程设计、施工安装及验收。
本规范不适用于消防负荷配电线路。
1.0.3工程选用的铝合金电缆及附件产品,应通过国家认可的质量检测机构的检测与认证。
1.0.4铝合金电缆及附件的工程设计、施工安装及验收,除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
2术语
2.0.1铝合金线aluminiumalloys
铝合金通常指铝的质量分数大于95%以上的合金。
在本规范中简称铝合金线。
2.0.2铝合金导体挤包塑料绝缘电力导线aluminiumalloypowercables
withextrudedplasticsinsulation
以铝合金线为导体,挤包成型的聚氯乙烯或交联聚乙烯为绝缘,聚氯乙烯为护套的电力电缆。
2.0.3铝合金导体挤包塑料绝缘阻燃电力导线aluminiumalloyinflamingretardingpowercableswithextrudedplasticsinsulation
以铝合金线为导体,挤包成型的聚氯乙烯或交联聚乙烯为绝缘,阻燃聚氯乙烯为护套的电力电缆。
2.0.4铝合金导体挤包塑料绝缘铠装电力电缆aluminiumalloymetal
shieldedpowercableswithextrudedplasticsinsulation
以铝合金线为导体,挤包成型的聚氯乙烯或交联聚乙烯为绝缘,聚乙烯为护套,护套外具有金属带或金属丝组成的包覆层的电力电缆。
3电缆及附件
3.1一样规定
3.1.1铝合金电缆型号及名称应符合表3.1.1的规定。

3无卤低烟阻燃电缆产品的表示方法,应符合GB/T19666-2005的规定表示。
5铝合金电缆型号其他表示方法,应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2020的规定表示。
3.1.2铝合金电缆表示应符合下列示例规定。

3.2技术要求
3.2.1铝合金电缆正常工作条件应符合下列规定:

3.2.2铝合金电缆导体应符合下列规定:

3.2.3铝合金电缆绝缘应符合下列规定:
1材料应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2008中第6.1条的要求;
2厚度应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2008中第6.2条的要求。
3.2.4多芯铝合金电缆的缆芯、内衬层和填充物应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2020中第7章的规定。
3.2.5单芯或多芯铝合金电缆的金属铠装金属层应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2020中第8章的规定。
3.2.6铝合金电缆的外护套应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2020中第12章的规定。
3.2.7铝合金电缆的阻燃、无卤和低烟性能应符合GB/T31840.1,3-2020中第19章的规定。
3.2.8铝合金电缆导体末端或中间采纳的接线端子和连接管应符合表3.2.8中要求的规定。
