1Introduction
Theurbanizedadvancementspeedsupdaybydaywithautomobile'sday-by-daypopularization,theaccidentfrequencysends,thetrafficcongestiontointensify,thestateofroadstoworsendaybyday,thetransportationquestionalreadybecamethepuzzleworldtheseriousproblem.Fromthiscausestrafficorderworsenedalreadyseriousinfluencemodernizationurbanconstructionandnationaleconomydevelopment.Studiesvehicles'generalrule,toalleviatesthetrafficjamaccordingtotheactualsituationformulationcorrespondinggeneralrule,raisesthestreetintersectionvehiclesgeneralefficiencytohavetheveryvitalpracticalsignificance.Thestreet-trafficcontrollightsaremanagingthetransportnetworkthemostimportantelement,butstreetvariousstreetintersectionsarealsothevehiclesgeneralkeyare.Alongwiththeelectronicinformationtechnology'srapiddevelopment,itsrelatedhypothesizedinstrumenttechnologyinthedataacquisition,thetestautomationandtheinstrumentcontroldomainobtainsthewidespreadapplication,causedthetestsystemandthesurveycontroldesignmethodwithrealizesthetechnologytohavethedeeptransformation.“thesoftwarewastheinstrument”alreadybecamethetestandthemeasuringtechniquedevelopmentimportantsymbol.
2Basedonelectronicinformationtechnologyhypothesizedinstrumenttechnologicaldevelopmentandappliedanalysis
Basedontheelectronicinformationtechnology'shypothesizedinstrumenttechnologyisoneinnewcenturyscienceandtechnologycoretechnologies,itcontainedthecomputertechnology,theautomaticcontroltechnology,theinformationtechnology,theelectronictechnologyandsoontobevarious.TheAmericanCountryInstrumentCompanyinthemid-1980sfirstproposedthatbasedoncomputertechnology'shypothesizedinstrument'sconcept,leadsthehypothesizedtesttechnologytherecentdevelopmenttime,afterwarddevelopedandhaspromotedbasedonmanykindsofbussystemshypothesized.Thehypothesizedinstrumentbrokethroughthetraditionelectronicinstrumentationtakethehardwareasthemainbodypattern,infactisonekindbasedoncomputer'sautomationmeasuringinstrumentsystem.Thehypothesizedinstrumentorganicallyfriendlyblendsthecomputerhardwaresourceandtheinstrumenthardwarethroughthesoftwareintoaunity,thusthecomputerformidablecomputationhandlingabilityandtheinstrumenthardware'ssurvey,controlunifiesintogether,reducedtheinstrumenthardware'scostandthevolumegreatly,andrealizesthroughthesoftwaretothedatademonstration,thememoryaswellastheanalysisprocessing.
Thehypothesizedinstrumentisbythecomputer,theapplicationsoftwareandtheinstrumenthardwareiscomposed.Unifiesthroughtheapplicationprocedurethegeneral-purposecalculatorandthefunctionalmodulehardware,theusermayoperatethiscomputerthroughthefriendlygraphicalinterface,completestofunctionsandsoontestdatagathering,analysis,judgment,demonstrationanddataprocessing.Inthehypothesizedinstrumentsystem'shardwareismerelytosolvethesignalrecuperationandtheinputoutput.Compareswiththetraditionalelectronicinstrumentation,thehypothesizedinstrumenthassubstitutedfortheparthardwarebythesoftware,realizedthedataread,dataanalysisprocessing,thedatawiththesoftwaretodemonstratethatandsoontraditionalinstrumentsonlycouldusethefunctionwhichthehardwarerealized.Thehypothesizedinstrumentoperatesthiscomputerthroughthefriendlygraphicalinterface,lookslikeatraditionalinstrumentwhichoperatesitselftohavecustom-madetobethesame.Itbythetransparentwaythecomputerresourcesandtheinstrumenthardware'ssurvey,controlunifiesintogether,realizesthedataanalysisprocessing,theexpressionthroughthesoftware.Bythiswayconstitution'shypothesizedinstrumentsystemmateriallyisthecomputerinstrumentsystem,inasense,“thesoftwareistheinstrument”.Thehypothesizedinstrumenthasthefollowingsomecharacteristics:

(5)Causingbetweenthehardwaretestequipmentandcomputer'sdataexchangebecomesveryconvenient,isdirectandisrapid.Willusethehypothesizedinstrumenttechnology,thetestfacilityobtainedtestresultreal-time,willtransmitcomputer'smemoryortheharddiskdirectlythroughthecomputermainline,forthelateranalysisuse.Thus,ontheonehandhasavoidedthedatatransmissionquestion,ontheotherhandmayusecomputer'smemoryfunctionfully.
(6)Usingthepersonneltobepossibleorusestheexistinganalysismodulethroughthesoftwareprogramming,accordingtotheprojectactualneedreal-time,carriesoneachkindofanalysisandprocessingdirectlytothetestdata.
3Street-trafficcontrollightscontrolpolicyandelectronicinformationimportanalysis
