Procedure:
1.WhatisTraining?
1.1Definition:
Trainingreferstoactionswhichwereconductedtoimproveemployee’sknowledgesandskills.
1.2Trainingmodes:
Facetoface,operationtrainingonsite,bycorrespondence,survey,groupdiscussing,self-learning,etc.
2.Trainingtypes
2.1Fornewemployeeorpostchanging:
Trainingtobeconductedonnewemployeeandthatjobchanged.ReferringtoSOP-AD-2150for‘Trainingprocedurefornewemployeeandthatjobchanged’
2.2FornewSOPtraining:
RelatedpersonnelwillreceivedtrainingaboutnewestablishedSOPorneweditionSOP.ReferringtoSOP-AD-2151for‘TrainingprocedurefornewSOP’.
2.3Re-training:
Torelatedpersonnel,re-trainingonSOPorjobskillswillbeconducted,whichincludesperiodicre-tainingandanyotherifnecessary.ReferringtoSOP-AD-2152for‘Re-trainingprocedure’.
2.4Trainingtobeconductedonoutsidepersonnel.
3.TrainingPrinciples
3.1Notrainingnopost:
Theemployeecannottakepartinworkingbeforereceivingenoughappropriatetraining.Thetraineeshouldknowthetrainingrequirements.Ifaccidentshappenwhenun-trainedpersonnelengagedinworkingaccordingtothesuperior’sinstruction,thesuperiorshouldresponsiblefortheresultcausedbytheaccidents.Whileiftheworkerhavereceivedenoughappropriatetraining,heshouldresponsiblefortheresultofaccidentormistakeshemakes.
3.2Focusonwhatareneeded:
Ifemployee’slackagesofappropriateknowledgeorskillswerefound,managementsshouldorganizesuitabletrainingactivitiesassoonaspossible.
3.3Differenttraininggrade:
Normally,trainingactivityofcompanygradeisorganizedandarrangedbytheHR(humanresouce)department,andtheHRmanagershouldbetheresponsibleperson.Departmentdirectorormanagershouldreponsilblefortrainingactivityofdepartmentorpostgrade.AlltherelativeoriginalrecordsoftrainingshouldbefiledandcontrolledinHRdepartment,andasetofcopyrecordsoftrainingmightreservedineachdepartment.
3.4Focusoneffect:
Thisisaimportantrulefortrainingactivity.HRdepartmentshouldevaluatetheeffectofthewholecompanytrainingsystemandinitiatesadjustmentifappropriate.

3.5Flexibility:
Nocertaintimeisrequiredfortraining.Intervalbetweenmanufacturingactivitiesandothersparetimecouldbeused.Atrainingactivitymaylastseveralweeksoronlyseveralminutesaccordingtoitscontent.
3.6Nobodywhoneedtrainingshouldmiss:
Trainingshouldcovereveryonewhoneedtraining,andnoonemightmiss.Ifsomebodymissedatraining,heshouldberetrainedandevaluatedatanothertime.Ifsomebodyfailedinpassingtheevaluation,heshouldberetrainedandre-evalutedorsomeotheractionshouldbetaken.
4.Generalprocessfortraining
4.1Identifyingtherequirementsoftraining
4.1.1Trainingrequirementsshouldbeidentifiedbasedoninvestigationandevaluation.Documentedprocedure,regulation,rules,etc.,relatedtoEHS,manufacture,qulity,shouldberetrainedperiodly.Newcreatedorreviseddocumentsincurtherequirementsoftrainingbeforethosedocuments’effectivedate.
4.1.2Trainingrequirementfrominvestigationandevaluationisaimportantsourcethatshouldbeconsideredintraining-planmaking.
4.2Makingtrainingplan
4.2.1HRdepartmentisresponsibleformakingageneralannualtrainingplanforwholecompany,whichshouldbereviewedbyeachdepartmentandapprovedbyQA,EHSdepartmentandPresident.Afurtherdetailedsub-planmaybeneededwhencarryingatrainingsubjectintoexecutionacccordingtotheannualtrainingplanmentionedabove.
4.2.2HRdepartmentisresponsibleformakingadetailedsub-trainingplanwhichbelongstocompanygrade,ifitisneeded.Specialdepartmentresponsibleformakingaspecialdetailedsub-trainingplanwhichbelongstodepartmentorpostgrade.,ifitisneeded.Normally,atrainingplanshouldincludes:
A.Titleofthetrainingproject.
B.Informationofpersonswhoshouldbetrained.Adetailedsub-trainingplanshouldincludesanamelistofpersonsthatshouldbetrained.
C.Timeandmodeofthetraining
D.Trainer
4.2.3Afterthetrainingplanisapproved,theoriginaldocumentoftrainingplanshouldbereservedinHRdepartment,andacopyoneoftrainingplanshouldbegiventothedepartmentwhoresponsiblefortracing.e.g.,trainingactivityrelatedtoqualityshouldbetracedbytheQAdepartmentandtrainingactivityrelatedtoEHSshouldbetracedbytheEHSdepartment.PleaserefertoSOP-AD-2150,SOP-AD-2151andSOP-AD-2152fordetailedinformationofapprovingprocedure.
4.3Implementationoftraining:
Relativeresoucewouldbeorganizedtosupportatrainingsubjectthat

4.4Trainingevaluationandreview
4.4.1Thetrainingeffectshouldbeevaluatedaftereachtrainingended.Evaluationmethodandmodecouldbeflexible,includingaskingquestiononsite,papertest,actualorsimulativeoperatingonsite,orthecombinationoftheabove,etc.
4.4.2Whenevaluationfinished,theresponsiblepersonnelofHRdepartmentshouldrecordtheevaluationresultintheB-009-003“Trainingeffectevaluationsummarysheet”.Apersonfromrelativedepartmentwhoresonsiblefortrainingevaluationtracingshouldreviewtheresult.Ifpeoplewhowereabsentfromtrainingorfailedtopassthetrainingevaluationwerefound,retrainingandre-evaluationshouldbearranged.Ifpeoplefailedtopassthere-evaluation,measuressuchas“waitingtrainingforjob”mightbeconsidered.
4.4.3Theconclusionoftrainingevaluationresultcouldbeasfollow:
A.Onlyacommentof“Pass”or“Notpass”
B.Giveascoreof0to100:
Pass(notlessthan60);Notpass(lessthan60)
C.Giveagradeof“A,B,C,D”or“E”:
A,B,Cmeanpass,whileDorEmeannotpass.
D.Giveacommentof“Excellent,Good,Middle”,thosemeanpass.Orgiveacommentof“Bad”,thismeansnotpass.
E.Othermethodofsucessfullytellingpassornotpass.
4.4.4Thepersonwhowoulddotheevaluationworkcouldbethetrainer,thebossofthestudent,HRdepartmentpeopleorotherspecifiedperson.Heshouldgiveafairandobjectiveevaluationconclusion,andsignsbesidetheconclusionhegaveandresponsibleforit.
4.5Filinganddossieradminstrationoftrainingrecord
4.5.1Aftereachtraining,“trainingsignatureform”,“Trainingeffectevaluationsheet”,testpaperthathavebeencompletedevaluation,trainingmaterial,casematerial,prospectusoftestpaper,etc.,shouldbecollectedandsubmittedtoHRdepartment.HRdepartmentshouldberesponsiblefordoingsubsequentfilinganddossieradminstrationwork.
4.5.2HRdepartmentshouldestablishthetrainingrecorddossierforeachemployee,whichshouldincludeallkindsoftrainingevidencesthattheemployeegotfromhetakingpartinthecompanyon,testpaper,qualificationcertificates,evidenceoftakingpartintraining,etc.Ifappropriate,educationcetificates,resumewhichindicatestheemployee’seducationconditionandexperience,shouldalsobeincluded.HRdepartmentshouldberesponsibleforsummarizingthetrainingthateachemployeeexperienced,andcouldgiveaprintedsummaryinformationofeachemployeepromptlyifneeded.
4.5.3Originaltrainingrecordshouldbereservedfor7years.
