Dreamsareaformofmentalactivitythatoccursduringsleep.Dreamingactivitycanvaryfromverysimplethoughtsorimages,toelaboratedstorieswithividcolourimagesandintensephysicalactivity.
●Whatisanightmare?
Anystronglyunpleasantdreammaybeanightmare.It’sthefeeling,notthecontentthatturnsadreamintoanightmare.Fear,shame,guilt,frustration,pain,panic,anger,grief,confusion,oranyothernegativeemotionmayreachnightmareproportions.Mymotherhadahorriblenightmare:
shewasinahugewhiteroomwithhundredsofplants.Soundedlovelytome–buttoheritwas(unconsciously)theafterworld,andshewasn’treadytodie.Itwasaterrifyingnightmare!
