Abstract
Withthedevelopmentoftimesandtheglobalizationoftheeconomy,theworldgraduallybegantocooperatewitheachother,communicatewitheachother,andpromoteeachother.ThereisnoproblemthatEnglishhasbecomeanimportantcommunicationtoolinmodernlife.Inordertoadapttonewdevelopments,newenvironment,andnewtrends,Englisheducationisconstantlyreform,develop,andgetprogress,fromtraditiontomodern,from“studyingfortest”to“studyingforuse”,fromsimplytodiversification,theteachingprocessisbecomingmoreandmorelifeandtrue,theideaofteachingistransferredtopeople-oriented,andthisleadstotheteachingofEnglisheducationbecomemoreflexible,youngerandvivid,spacefordevelopmentismorebroader.

Theprocessofreform,innovationanddevelopmentinEnglisheducationcannotbedoneovernight,weshouldfindanewwayincomparingtraditionalideasinteachingandthenewone.Weneedtofindawaywhichadapttothedevelopmentofstudents,andthenewworld.ThenwediscussandexploreinnovativeteachingofEnglishEducationfromthreeaspects.
One----TraditionalEnglisheducationteachingphilosophyandsummary
ThroughmanyyearstheoreticalstudyandPracticeteach,wecanfindoutsometraditionalteachinglawandideas.Itisnotdifficulttofindthatmanyteachersarereforminganddevelopingthemselvesaccordingtotheidea—teachingfortests.Thoseteachersjustteachbecausetheirstudentsneedtotest,thisleadtothestudentsstudypassive,soitdifficultforteacherstostimulatetheirinterestandenthusiasminlearning.

Withtherapiddevelopmentoftheeconomyandthecontinuousprogressofscienceandtechnology,givingfullplaytotheroleofmultimediainteachingisoneofthemostimportantpartinmodernEnglishteaching.Multimediateachingcombinedwithpictures,sound,andanimationinone,makingclassroomteachingmorevisual,intuitiveandvivid,atthesametime,studentswillhaveadeepimpression.Inthenormalteachingactivities,teacherscangivestudentsplaythemovie、cartoonsandsongsinEnglish.Ononehand,thisallowsstudentstobecomefamiliarwithandfeellearningEnglishatmosphereandenvironment.Ontheotherhand,thisallowsthemwiththehelpofEnglishtounderstandtheencyclopedicknowledge,broadentheirhorizons,andacquireactivethinking.Theadvantagesofthiskindofteachingistoenablestudentsenjoylearning.However,itsdisadvantage isinevitable,becauseitdoesnothavethetraditionalEnglisheducationsosolid.
ModernEnglisheducationteachingmethodsareusedinawiderangeofvividreal.Mainlyusesometeachingapproach,suchas,Scenereconstruction,Communicationandassignment.ThisreflectstheattentiontothepracticalapplicationofmodernEnglishteaching.Teachersintheclassroomtrytoavoidrigidteachingmethods,andshouldadoptinnovativeteachingmethods.Teachersdesignavarietyofscenarios,thismakeEnglishintheactualscenealive.WhenstudentsareparticipatingintheactivitiesofthetimetheycannaturallycommunicateinEnglish,andanalyzeproblemstosolvethem.Thisiscalled“Scenereconstruction”.“Communicativeapproach”istodevelopthestudent'sactualabilitytousethelanguageandcomprehensiveabilityofspeakingandwriting、hearing、reading.Thisisconducivetodevelopcomprehensivetalentandimprovestudents'practicalcommunicativecompetenceandskills.“Task-basedapproach”issettingagoaltostudentsinadvance,andthisenablesstudentstoparticipateintheclassroom.Thishelpsstudentsontheacquiredsoundinformationprocessing,andmobilizethemtotaketheinitiativeinEnglishtoexpressinterestinandenthusiasm.Also,thiswillimprovetheabilityofstudentstoapplylanguageandletthemlearnactivelyratherthanpassively.Inshort,theefficiencyofthemodernEnglisheducationwillimprove.
