摘要
随着科学技术的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对各类机电产品和设备也提出了更高、更新的要求。
为满足这种要求,目前许多机电系统正向复杂化、高速化及相对重载化的方向发展。
伴随着这些发展,对高速加工的核心部件高速电主轴的噪声问题也提出了越来越高的要求。
因此噪声已经成为了评价高速电主轴性能的一项重要指标。
基于此,本文开展对高速电主轴噪声分析及控制研究主要内容有:
对振动噪声基本理论特别是前人关于高速电主轴噪声的知识做了总结。
对高速电主轴结构、工作原理进行分析的基础上,对高速电主轴各种噪声的产生机理和特征作了较为详细的阐述,讨论了各种噪声的影响因素及相应的控制措施;在噪声测试方面,介绍了常用的测量噪声的声压法、声强法。
声强法方面主要做了理论上的探讨,研究了声强测量的原理及如何减小测量误差等,为进一步应用其开展噪声研究工作做了准备;讨论各种识别高速电主轴噪声源的方法及其原理。
最后以型号为的高速电主轴为研究对象,对其声压进行了测量,测定了该电主轴的声功率级,并分析了所测信号的频谱结构,初步分析了噪声的产生原因和主要噪声源的位置。

ABSTRACT
Asscienceandtechnologydevelopmentandimprovementoflivingstandards,Peopleofallkindsofmechanicalandelectricalproductsandequipmentisalsoahigher,updatedrequirements.Tomeetthisrequirement,manycurrentpositivecomplexmechanicalandelectricalsystems,highspeedandrelativelyheavyinthedirectionofdevelopment.Alongwiththesedevelopments,thecorecomponentsofhigh-speedmachiningofhigh-speedelectricspindlenoisemadeever-increasingdemands,Noiseindexisanimportantaspectinevaluatingengine'sperformance.Carryouthigh-speedelectricspindleanalysisandcontrolofnoiseisimportant.Themaincontentsofthisarticleasfollow:
Fundamentaltheoriesaboutvibrationandnoiseespeciallyprecedentialresearchonhigh-speedelectricspindlenoisearesummarized.Onthebasisofanalyzinghigh-speedelectricspindle'sstructureandworkingprinciple,theorigination,characteristics,influentialfactorsandcontrolmeasuresofhigh-speedelectricspindlenoiseareanalyzedinthispaper;Withregardtonoisetesting,soundpressureandsoundintensityareintroduced.Studyofsoundintensityisfocusedontestingprincipal,instructionandhowtoreduceerror.Theworkswillbehelpfulforthefurthernoisestudyingthroughsoundintensity;Discussedthehigh-speedelectricspindlevariousidentificationmethodandprincipleofnoise.Thetestingobjectinthispaperisanhigh-speedspindle(type:
