fivedailyportionsOffruitandvegetablesthatexperts7.
Olderpeoplealsoshowedamore8outlooktowardstheirwellbeing,with59percent
believingtheyarehealthierthantheirparentscomparedwithjust37percentoftheyoungergroup.
Anumberofunder-30sreportedthattheyoftenfallillasaresultofstress,withwork-related
pressures,moneyissuesandrelationshipproblemsamongthemostcommon9.
Incomtrast,fewerthanaquarterofover-55swho10thesurveysaidtheyoftenfelt
11duetostressatwork.Highlevelsofstresscouldcause12includingirritability(急躁),
tiredness,headachesandstomachaches,respondentssaid.
