However,insteadoftakingcareofhisbusiness,Johnwasoftenoffexploringthenature.Atfirst,Johnspenthistimehuntingforfun.
Thenhefoundthattheanimalsaroundwereverybeautiful,andheparticularlyenjoyedobservingthebirdshesaw.Hebeganstudyingthem,tryingtolearnthedifferencesbetweenthebirdsandnoticingtheirdifferentbehaviors.
Therefore,hepaintedthebirdsheobservedalot.In1819,Johnrealizedthathedidn’thaveenoughmoneytopayhisbills.
