这些粮食价格的上涨,再加上(combinedwith)不断攀高的能源成本,会让世界许多地方的经济增长即使不停顿下来也会放缓,甚至会影响政治上的(political)稳定。
对于这些问题,实际的(practical)解决方案的确存在,但我们必须开始未雨绸缪,并在全球展开行动。
