TKQ2SeriesIntellectualdualpowerautomatictransferswitches(A.T.Sforshort)isoneofthenewestscientifictechnologyproducts.Itisusedin50Hz,400VACpowersupplyingsystem,withthefunctionofautomatictransferbetweenthenormalpowersupply(N)andthereservedone(R),guaranteethereliabilityandsafetyofsupplyingpower.ThisproductisproducedaccordingtothestandardofGB/T14048.00-2002、IEC60947-6-1《AutomaticTransferSwitchElectric》and《Water-proofNormsofTallResidentialBuilding》,《Fire-proofNormsofBuildingDesign》,《UrgentLightingDesignEnchiridion》,《ElectricDesignNormsofResidentialBuilding》etc.Itcanbeusedwidelyintheplaceswherethepowercutisnotallowed,suchashospital,shoppingmalls,bank,chemicalplant,tallbuilding,militarydevice,fireprotectionetc.
ⅡCharacter
TKQ2seriesA.T.Sisdifferentfromtheprevioustransferswitches,suchasthepower-loadswitchwhichcombinedwithload-switches,transferswitcheswhichcombinedwithcontactors.TKQ2seriesA.T.Sismadeoftwonew-generationmoldedcasecircuitbreakers(MCCB),whichhavehighbreakingcapacity,withitsownaccessories;thesingleelectricitymachinerydrivewithmechanicalinterlockandintellectualcontroller.
Ithasthecapacityofshortcircuitandover-loadprotection;over-voltage,under-voltage,lackofphaseautomatictransferfunction,toguaranteetheelectricitydistributionseriesoperatingreliably.
Ithasthefollowingcharacters:
1.Thereisadouble-protectionbetweenthetwocircuitbreakers.Oneisreliablemechanicalinterlockingmechanism;theotheristheintellectualelectricinterlockingwhichcoreisMOTOROLASingleChipMicyoco(SCM).

Theautocontrollerteststhethreephasesvoltageofnormalandreservedpowersupplyinthesametime,whenthenumericalis110%higherthantheratedone,thecontrollerviewsitasover-voltage,60~85%lowerthantheratedoneisunder-voltage(theusercansetthespecificparameterfreely).Theinternalcircuitjudgesthetestresultofthetimelyphaseforsixvoltagesmargin.Whentheresultpassestherelay,itdrivestherelatedrelaygivetheopenandcloseorderstotheelectricitymachineryoperatingstructure.AndtheabovetestresultwillbeshowedbysomeLEDsonthepanel.Therearefourworkingways(“automaticandmanual”,“normalpowersupply”,reservedpowersupply”,“release
