Asyoucansee,manymillennialslangs(俚语)areformedbyso-called“totesing”—thesystematicabbreviation(缩写)ofwords.Thetrendmighthavestartedwith“totally”becoming“totes”,butitnowhasspreadtomanyotherEnglishwords.
