Overviewofstampingdie
Stampingdie-inthecoldstamping,material(metalornon-metallic)processedintoparts(orsemi-finished)aspecialprocessequipment,calledcoldstampingdie(commonlyknownascolddie).Punching-isatroomtemperature,theuseofamoldmountedonthepresstoexertpressureonthematerial,toproduceaseparationorplasticdeformation,therebyobtainingapressureprocessingmethodoftherequiredparts.
Stampingdieintheformofmany,thegeneralcategoriesaccordingtothefollowingmainfeatures:
1.Classificationunderthecraftnature
(1)Diealongtheclosedoropencontourthematerialarederivedfrommold.Ifblankingdie,punchdie,cutoffthemold,cutmode,cuttingmode,splitmode,etc..
(2)bendingmodetoblankorblanksheetalongastraightline(curvedline)tobend,deform,andthusobtainacertainangleandshapeoftheworkpieceinthemold.
(3)Thedrawingdieismadeoftheblanksheetopeninghollow,orhollowpiecesoffurtherchangestotheshapeandsizeofthemold.
(4)Dieroughorsemi-finishedworkpieceisconvexaccordingtoplan,directcopytheshapeofthedieshape,thematerialitself,generateonlylocalplasticdeformationofthemold.Suchasthebulgingmode,reducingthedie,expansiondie,formingdierolling,flangingmold,plasticmold.
2.Accordingtotheprocesscombinationclassification
(1)singleprocessmodelinapresstour,justcompletedadiestampingprocess.
(2)compositemodelisonlyonestation,inapresstour,atthesamestationatthesametimetocompletemorethantwoortwodiestampingprocess.
(3)ProgressiveDie(alsoknownasthemodulusofcontinuity)inthefeedingdirection,rough,withtwoormoreofthestation,atthepressofavisit,workindifferentplacesonthecompletionoftwoortwosuccessiveRoadoverstampingdieprocess.

Diestampingandprocessingismainprocessequipment,stampingpartsisrelyon,undertherelativemovementofthemoldtocomplete.Processingbecauseoflowerdie,constantlydivision,ifthefingerscontinuetoenterorremaininthemoldclosedarea,willbringtheseriousthreattotheirpersonalsecurity.
(A)ofthemoldmainparts,functionandsafetyrequirements
1.Workingpartsisadirectpunchtoblankformingtheworkingparts,therefore,itisthekeytomoldparts.Punchnotonlysophisticatedandcomplex,itshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
(1)beofsufficientstrength,cannotbebrokenordestroyedduringstamping.
(2)shouldbeappropriatetoitsmaterialandheattreatmentrequirements,topreventtoohighhardnessandbrittlefracture.
2.Positioningpartspositioningpartistodeterminethelocationofthepartsinstalledblank,therearepins(board),gaugepin(plate),leadissold,guideplate,knifesetfromtheside,sidepressureetc..
Designshouldbeconsideredwhenpositioningpartseasytooperateandshouldnothavehadorientation,Iocationtofacilitateobservation,preferablyintheforwardposition,contouringtocorrectthepinlocationandpositioning.
3.Binder,unloadinganddischargingpartsbindercomponentsareblankholder,binderboard.
Clampingringfordrawingblankholderforceofpressurized,therebypreventingblankinthetangentialdirectionundertheactionofpressurearchandformationofwrinkies.Thepressureplateroleistopreventthebilletmovingandjumping.Ejector,stripperplate'sroleistofacilitateaandcleaningupwaste.Theyconsistofspring,rubberandequipmentontheaircushionrodsupport,canmovefromtoptobottom,topdesignshouldhavesufficientejectingforce,motiontolimit.Stripperplateshouldbeminimizedtheclosedregionorintheoperatingpositionemptyslotmilling.Exposureofthestripperplatearoundshouldbeequippedwithprotectiveplate,preventingthefingerorforeignbodiesintotheexposedsurfacetobeblunt,edgesandcorners.
4.Guideelementsguidepillarandtheguidesleeveisoneofthemostwidelyusedguideparts
Itsroleistoensurethatthepunchanddiestampingintheworkwithaprecisefitclearanee.Therefore,aguidecolumn,aguidesleevegapshouldbelessthantheblankingclearanee.Guidepillarinthelowerdieseat,toensurethestrokeofthelowerdeadpoint,theupperendoftheguidecolumntemplateabovethetopsurfaceofaminimumof5to10mm.Guidepillarshouldbearrangedinawayfromthemoduleandthepressureplatepart,sothattheoperatorarmovertheguidecolumnwithoutfeedingandtaking
5.Supportingandclampingtheupperandlowerpartswhichincludestemplates,diehandle,fixedplatepunch,plate,stopper,etc..
Upanddownthetemplateisthebasisofthecolddieparts,otherpartsarerespectivelyfixedatthetop.Templateplanesize,especiallyaroundthedirectiontobecompatiblewiththeworkpiece,toolargeortoosmallarenotconducivetoaction.
Somemolds(blanking,punchingtypemold)tothepiecesofconvenience,besetupunderthemoldplate.Atthistimethebestandthetemplateplateconnectedbetweenthescrew,thetwoplatethicknessshouldbeabsolutelyequal.Platespacingoutthepiecestobeabletoprevail,nottoomuch,soasnottobreakthetemplate.
6.Fasteningpartswhichincludesscrews,nuts,springs,pins,washers,etc.,aregenerallyusedstandardparts.
Diemorewiththeamountofstandardparts,designchoiceandflexibilityshouldbetightenedtoensurethetopoutoftheneedtoavoidexposuretothesurfacefasteneroperatingposition,thestaffandimpedeoperationtopreventbumps.
